Die Lriindun- bezieht sich auf eine ei e;trische Spule, die
in ihrer Längsrichtung zusaz.imendriickbar ist und die aus
Scheibenwicklungen besteht, deren Stirnflächen an von Kühl-
mittel durchflossenen Flanschen --..liegen.
Es ist bekannt, zum l;@.ihlen einer Drosselspule in
die kern-
lose Shulenmitte eine Kij.hlflVssigkeit einzupumpen. Aus der
Fernmitte strömt die Kühlflüssigkeit denn zwischen auf
Abstand r-ehaltenen Scheibenwicklungen radial nach außen.
Diese sehr intensive Kühlung hat den Nachteil, daß das
der Kühlflüssigkeit Schwierigkeiten bereitet und die
Drosselspule praktisch in oder über einem Tropfbehälter an-
,geordnet sein nuß.
Ueiterhin ist ein Scheibentraxisformator bekannt, bei dem in
Iuten von Sekundärscheiben Rohrschlangen eingelassen sind,
durch die ein Kühlmittel hindurchfließt. Hei dieser Anord-
nun- bleibt clas Kühlmittel zwar auch beim Abfließen in einem
Aohrleitungssystem. Die liühlleistun, ; ist beim Einlassen
von
Rohren in die Sel--und,irsci:eibe jedoch begrenzt, da nicht
be-
liebi, viele Kifhlacrilangen untergebracht werden können. Ab-.
i;csehen davon, i:;t diese Anordnung nur zum Kühlen von Trans»
formatoren mit Scheibenwicklungen geeignet.
Schliefllich ist auch eine elelitrische Spule bekannt, die
eine oder r.iehrere Scheibei#:iicklLUi@eri aufweist, deren
Stirn-
fl:: chen -ui Iiilrilliisten azlicgen. Diese Kühlkisten enthalten
ein Kiihlmittel, das durch Ein- und Abfließen ständig erneuert
wird. Diese l@i.ihlkl.isten sind jedoch so breit, daß sie einen
beträchtlichen Raum. einrieliriien imd bei gegebener Spulenlän;e
mithin nur ein beschr::inlz:tes Magnetfeld erzeugbar ist. Außer-

dem ist bei den nebeneinander anGeor dneten Sclieibenvrickltui-
gen Land Kühlkisten der @,i1>rr:eiibergang unbefriedigend,
solange
die 'Spule nicht in L:@ngsr:ichtunt; zus-ii:Unenpreßba.r ist.
Die
bekannten Kühlkiisten v.Rirdeii einem derartigen 1'reßdruck
nicht
standhalten.
Die erviiihnten Nachteile sind bei einer elektrischen Spule, die in ihrer Längsrichtung
zusor2nendriielibar ist und die aus Scheibenwicklungen besteht, deren @tirnfl"chen
an von Kühlmittel durchflossenen flanschen anliegen, dadurch vermieden, daß gemäß
der Erfindung in Durchflußkammern für das Ilrühlmittel, die in den ausgehöhlten
Flanschen gebildet sind, über die Kammerräume verteilt die Kammer- bzw. Flanschwlinde
auf Abstand haltende Abstandsstüche vorgesehen sind. Auch bei hohen axialen Drucken
lassen sich diese Flaxische nicht deformieren. Außerdem haben die Plansche den Vorteil,
daß das Ki.ihlitmttel wirbelnd durch die Kammern strömt und die Wärmeabfuhr damit
gesteigert wird.
Nach einer Jeiterbildung der Erfindung kreuzen die sich in
Z<ingsrichtun- der Spule erstreckenden und 'die Planschwe..nde
verbindenden Oberflichen der Abstandsstücke den Verlauf der
an den Flanschen anliegenden Spulendri,hte. Bei dieser Anord-
nung und Foniigebung der Abstandsstiicl@e h;Llten für jeden
Spu-
lendro.Iit gleich mehrere Abstandssti.icke, die an sich in

aler Richtung nebeneinander liegen, die Plaiischw?*@nd6 auf
Abstand.
Bei der elektrischen Spule nach der Erfindung bestehen die
Flansche vorzugsweise aus zwei ietall@Dlatte=, die zum Er-
halten der die Durchflußkea:uaer bildenden I-:olilr@ä.ur_le

bildlich zueinander teilweise ausgestochen sind. Auf diese

mäßen Plansche nur unwesentlich erL',:ht. Durch die starke
Kühlwirkung lüßt die Le i :;tung sich aber wesentlich.erhUhen.
Bei einer zweckmäßigen AusChrungsform der Erfindung sind
die Flaisohteile, deren aufeinanderlic:gc#@,ide Runder mittels
einer endlosen Dichturig flüssi g$citsdicht verbunden sind
längs der Ränder miteinander verschraubt. Dieses Verschrauben
verhütet eventuelle Verwerfiuigen der dünnen Flansohc vd,ährend
des herstellungsprozesses, die den Flichenkontakt beeinträch-
tigen könnten.
