Elektrischer Selbstschalter
Die Erfinder betrifft einen elwurarchen Selbstschalter
mit unter Federwirkung an seines Ge,-3e@nkontaktstück an-
liegenden beweglichen Kontaktstück tand Kontc.ktBffnung
durch die unmittelbare dynamischo Wirkung d-ii Tiber das
Kontaktsystim fließenden Kuraschlußmtromos. julche Schal-
ter sollest einerseits ein dynamisch festes Kontaktiystem
haben, andererseits sollen sie unter. der dynamischen'Virkuns
des über das Kontaktsystem fließenden Stromes so extrem
flink
öffnen'.dab sie Kurzschlüsse itrombegrensend abschalten.-
Bei betriebsmäßig auftretenden Überlastung;@n werden
Auslb-
ser im Sinne der Schalteröffnung wirksam. Diese Auslöser,
die auch Schnellauslöser enthalten, welche auf Kurasschluß-
ströre unsprechen, heben die Sperre eines Schaltschlosses
nur, das seinerseits das Kontaktsystem zur
Öffnung frei-
gibt. Dadurch wird auch der Sohalter in die Einschaltbe#
reitsch,nft gebracht.
Schalter, bei denen die äontaktöfi"nung' unmittelbar durch
die dynazixclae Wirkung des über das Kontaktsystem fließen-
den Jtromes sollen solar im Kurzschlußfall das bewegliche
Koitakts@yüch in die Öffnungsstellung brinZ j#n.
Es kann aber
der Fall. eintreten, daß das bewegliche:;@;;;saktstück
nicht
domplatt öffnet, sondern nur vom festen Kontaktstück abhebt.
Dann wird bei der dem Abheben folgenden Stromnulldurchgang
das Kontaktsystem wieder schließen, was au Kontaktverschweis-
3ungen Vihrt. Dieses Abheben ist eine Folge ungenügend hoher
dynamischer Öffnungskraft, die die Kraft der Kontaktdruck-
fader überwinden ruß e
Um in solchen Fällen eine komplette Kontaktöffnung zu
er-
halten»ist gemäß der Erfindung die Anordnung so getroffen,
daß eine von der dynamischen Öffnungskraft unabhängige
Hilfskraft beim Abheben des beweglichen Kontaktstückes
vom Gegenkontaktstück auf ein Stellglied wirkt, das ver-
hindert, daß das bewegliche Kontaktstück in die Schließ-
stellung surüokfxllt. Dadurch ergibt sich eine.Untex-
stUtsung der dynamischen ÖffXtngskraft und ferner
wird
das bewegliche in der Öffnungslage vor-
rastet.
Letzteres ist an sich bekannt. (Russisches Buch "Elektrische Niederspannungsapparate;
Moskau 19,5.9. Sei-
te 114 - 117, fransäs. Patentschrift 1 313
826) Dort
ist eine Klinke vorhanden, die das bewegliche
Kontakt-
stück in der Ausschaltstellung sperrt. Bei der Erfindung hingegen
ist eine Hilfskraft vorhanden, die auch schon beim Abheben des
beweglichen Kontaktstückes wirksam ist.
Die Kontaktkraft kann
sehr hoch 'sein, was das Kontaktsyster dynarisch genügend fest nacht.
Die absolute Otirke der Hilfskraft ist unkritisch,
da sweckmUig ein un-
ter der Wirkung der Hilfskraft stehendes
Stellglied so
an darr Kontaktsystem angreift, daß
die von ihm auf das Kontaktsystem ausgeübte Kraft die Resultierende
aus ver.@ schieden gerichteten ist. Diese Resul-
tierende ist immer
kleiner als die Kontaktkraft. Das
Stellglied wirkt
auch als an sich bekannter Rückprollm schuts. Ein mit hoher Energie
geöffneter beweglicher
Kontakt kann, da das .Stellglied in seinem
Wege' liegtt nicht in die Kontaktachliefiatellnng surückffllen. In
der Zeichnung sind zwei Auaführmngsbeispiele der Srfindnng
scheaatisch dargestellt. Bei den Beispiel nach
Fis. t ergibt rieh die
Hilfskraft nur einer Feder, die dauernd auf das bewegliche Kontaktstück einwirkt,

Kraft an Besenkontakt 2 an. Die Kraft wird durch
eine

Ar festen Kontaktstück 2 ist in Richtung den Pfeiles
verstellbar gelagert ein Stellglied 4. Dieses steht un-
ter der Wirkung der Feder S. Das Stillglied 4 liest

Die Kraft der Drehfeder S und der Winkel der schlefen

und andererseits vermindert efird, daß der einmal Seöff-

gehalten, bis die Kontakte sicher geschlossen haben.

seinen Anzug das Stellglied in Richtung den Pfeiles 3 und
bewirkt die Unterstützung der Öffnungskraft.
Das Stellglied 4 kann mit einen Ansatz aus einem liphtbo#
genbeständigen, gasabgebenden Stoff versehen sein, der
zwischen die Schaltstückauflagen der Kontaktstücke tritt.
