Drainage pipe made of plastic with transverse waves. As drainage pipe: ae
who;:; en pipes made of clay, concrete, metal or plastic are used, their walls
Has holes, slits or pores through which the water from the surrounding soil
can enter the interior of the tube. In the case of drainage pipes made of plastic
it is known to have slots in smooth plastic pipes that run lengthways or at an angle
or transversely to it, to cut into it.

vermodert oder verfault, eingelegt werden:.It is also known to use raw textile pipes, the wall of which has transverse corrugations, as drainage tubes, and to cut either longitudinal strand braid into them so that only the wave crests are cut or longitudinal or transverse slits are cut into the wave troughs. In the case of the first-mentioned drainage pipes, the slots come into direct contact with the ground, so that there is a risk of the slots becoming clogged, with the result that the drainage pipe is ineffective, in the case of the last-mentioned the wave troughs. are located, the cutting of the slots makes technically considerable difficulties. In the case of longitudinal slots, a cutting tool, such as a circular saw, would have to be guided in the longitudinal direction through the tubes, which cuts the wave troughs that are towards the inside of the wave crests, as is possible with the known cutting open of the wave crests from the outside, but what is in the In view of the small diameter and the great lengths of the tubes is not easily possible. In the case of transverse slots, a circular saw would have to be moved groove by groove against the pipe, which is cumbersome and cannot be carried out at the required speed. In addition, the breaking strength of the pipes is greatly reduced by transverse slots. According to the invention, wart-like elevations are provided in the wave troughs, into which slots are cut, which expediently run in the longitudinal direction of the waves. These slots can be made without difficulty by inserting a cutting tool in longitudinal direction of the wave troughs is passed through this, the
does not reach all the way to the bottom of the wave troughs and
the wart-like elevations on its movement

a sleeve made of plastic that can be screwed onto this can be used, which has a correspondingly larger diameter than the drain pipe and is also provided with helical waves, the pitch of which corresponds to the transverse waves in the drain pipe. An embodiment of a drainage pipe according to the invention is shown in side view, partially cut open and in FIG. 2 in cross section. . In Fig. 1, the pipe is seen from the inside above the break line. The plastic wall 1 of the pipe is provided with transverse waves which, in the exemplary embodiment, form a double helix. Of course, the shaping could also be done so that the. Cross shafts have a catchy helix. The troughs 2 of these transverse waves do not have the same depth throughout, but rather the 3rhöhungen 5 are provided in the valley valleys into which slots 4 are cut, the longitudinal direction of which coincides with the longitudinal direction of the wave trough. In such a pipe, the slots can be created simply by running the pipe through a narrow, cauberunnut-shaped guide, and cutting tools are provided in this guide that do not extend all the way into the normal depth of the wave trough, so that only the elevations 3 cut open. Continuous cords 5 made of a suitable fiber material, in particular made of a material that does not change in the soil, especially not rotten or rotten, can be inserted into the wave troughs.
Sockets are used to connect the ends of two such drainage pipes
