Es ist bekannt, einband-und Aktendeokel durch
Aufdruck oder itnhringsel zu kennzeichnen. Diese Kennzeich-
nungen haben aber den Nachteil, dass sie in vielen Füllen
nicht aufachlussreioh und handlich genug sind. So sind die
Aktenzipfel der gewöhnlichen aktendeckel zur Kennzeichnung von Einbanddeckeln für
Geschäftsberichte von Kapitalgesellschaften wenig brauchbar, denn derartige Geschäftsberichte
müssen wie Bücher gestellt worden können. Aktcnzipfel würden bei einer derartigen

geführter Kennzeichnungsschieber vorgesehen

wnrden. Das Herauuziehen don Schiebers ist natürlich be-
treust. Zwookmäsaig ist er bandförmig ausgebildet. Das Ende
des Schiebers, an dem or herausgezogen wird, ist verschieden
geformt, und zwar z. B. rechtwinklig, rund, konkav, zugespritzt. Damit kann kenntlich
gemacht worden, dass die fragliche Unternehmung an verschiedenen Daten bilanziert.
Der über eine Kante, z. B. die Rückenkante den Einbandes herauastehende Teil des
Schiebers ist nach der Neuerung unterteilt. Man kann ein Feld farbig anlegen, um
durch die Verschiedenheit der Farbe kenntlich zu machen, welcher Jahrgang der Geschäftsbericht
angehört, Der handförmige Schieber ist in drei Schlitzen im unteren Teil des hinteren
Dekkels geführt. Durch die Schlitze ist er von innen hindurohgeführt, derart, dass
das innere Ende im Aktendeckel verbleibt, während das mit der Kennzeichnung versehene
Ende aus dem Aktendeckel herausgezogen werden kann. Zum leichteren Erfassen des
Schieberendes ist die vom Schieber nicht verdeckte Kante des dem Rücken am nächsten
liegenden Schlitzes mit einem Ausschnitt versehen. Das nicht ausziehbare
Sohieberende
ist nach einer Ausführungsform mit seitlichen Ansätzen zur Begrenzung der Schieberbewegung
versehen. Auf
dem Rücken des Bandes ist nach der Neuerung eine zusätzliche
Kennzeichnung z. D. durch Färbung, Aufdruck oder Klebzoichen
vorgesehen.
Die Aktendeckel können in vier Gruppen geordnet
sein, und zwar in solche von Unternehmungen, die am 31. Dezember. am CO. Juni, um
30. September oder anderen Daten bilanzieren. Wird in der buohmüusigen Sammlung

In dem Hüokondockel do einband-oder Aktendeokels
sind im unteren Teil drei Schlitze 1, 2, 3 vorgesehen. Duroh
diene Schlitze ist von der freier Kante des Dookola her in-
nen ein Banduohiober 4 hindurohofuhrt, derart, dasa der
zwischen den Schlitzen 1 und 2 verbleibende Stegteil des
Deckeln den Schieber toiloiuo abdookt. Durch den Schlitz 3
ist der Schieber 4 nach ausnon geführt. Der Schieber hat be-

und zwar in die Flachen A, B und C. Die Fläche A bleibt frei.

Firmennamens. Für den Versand wird der Streifen vollkommen eingesohoben.
Bei Aufstellung des Aktendeckels ist der Streifen soweit herausgezogen, dass man
die Form des Endes sowie den Farbstreifen erkennt. Daraus ist also z. B. der Bilanstag
der betr. Gesellschaft sowie der Jahrgang ersichtlieh. Sucht man nun den Geschäftsbericht
einer bestimmten Gesellschaft, so zieht man den Schieber soweit aus, bis man den
