The non-contact measurement of the profile of a moving body, for example the rolled material in a rolling mill, is done in a known manner with the aid of optics that depict the "profile" on the screen of a picture tube. The profile is scanned by a continuously deflected electron beam, It is also known to transmit an optically generated image point by point with the help of glass fiber bundles and the image points present at the exit of the bundle . evaluate with remote-see-4chnisehen means the invention relates to a development of the known arrangement whose Advantageous: there r especially in an extensive Vereinfachurti »<^ arrangement and beyond bieget the opportunity to build a contactless working switch with extremely high Palzahl .

- -together with a solid photoelectric element in the Circle center "is located. - -
' νIn the figure is an exemplary embodiment of the invention Arrangement shown schematically '. In the exemplary embodiment, the measurement object 1 is in the form of a band YiTalzgut. In the figure is. this band shown in cross section. It "moves continuously perpendicular to the plane of the picture. The on gate consists in the profile of this band, d. H. to measure the bandwidth continuously without contact, ... thus control organs compliance with a "certain Can guarantee tolerance. For this purpose, an optical system 2, 3 are provided that each of the profile edges Map image level 4, 5. From the hated object only comes here a limited part for illustration. The edge 6 of the tape corresponds to for example point 7 of the image plane. According to the invention, a glass fiber bundle 11, 12 is arranged so that that the inputs are each in a line that is orthogonal to the image edge. In compliance with the image side order of the individual bundles are according to Invention, the outputs 8 arranged to form a semicircle. That the same thing happens with the opposite profile edge, whereby both semicircles complement each other to form a full circle » The point-by-point scanning of the outputs of the fiber optics takes place according to a further feature of the invention with the aid of a scanning beam 9, ctas is arranged radially in such a way that its entrance via, the circular exits of the Fiber optic moves continuously while its exit ends at the center of the circle. The Abtstbündel is S-shaped, its starting axis coincides with the axis of rotation .. Am A photoelectric element Io is fixedly arranged at the outlet. With the rotation of the scanning beam, which the photoelectric element does not participate, now reach the exposed Part of the optical fibers light pulses on the photo * electrical element, which then converts them into electrical impulses ^ implements. These impulses can now be used as a digital measure can be used for the profile width. 'ν

The image width of the profile is naturally larger than the permitted tolerance. Any bandwidth To be able to scan, the fiber optics is designed as a flexrfoles bundle, with which a parallel displacement of the Imaging optics 2, 3, 4, 5 possible, is »
The application of the arrangement according to the invention is limited do not look at the scanning of a profile to be measured without contact, it can also be used as a contactless changeover switch with an extremely high Number of poles are used.
