Description
Single wound electrical capacitor. The present invention relates to an electrical small crickel capacitor, its made of dielectric and coatings existing t'lickel layers on a mandrel remaining in the 1 "lickel wound up are.
It is known in the manufacture of wound capacitors. Winding mandrels to be used, which remain in the @capacitor% riclcel. Usually one uses here winding mandrels made of thin ceramic tubes or plastic threads. This will the pulling of the winding from the winding mandrel avoided, so that this would otherwise occur Damage to the inner windings cannot occur.
It is also known to use as power supplies for a capacitor, which consists of stretched plastic film to use wires that go into the when pulling out of the winding mandrel remaining openings are introduced and there during the tempering treatment the capacitors are shrunk. The connection with the capacitor assignments takes place here by connecting wires or connecting strips, which are shrunk with the Power supply wires can be connected, e.g. by soldering or welding. plan This gives the possibility of using wound capacitors with central axial connecting wires to manufacture.
The present invention is based on the object of a small wound capacitor to produce, which consists of only a few turns of the dielectric strips and Metal foils or the metallized and optionally further unmetnllized Dielectric foils consists. A particular problem with such capacitors is the difficulty the contacting of the assignments. As far as it is. are capacitors with end contact layers it is very difficult to connect wires to the extremely small end faces to be soldered or welded on. Especially with capacitors with a diameter It is not possible to establish such a connection with the front contact layers below 2.5 mm to manufacture. In the case of capacitors, which are created by inserting ünschluße_ementen are contacted, other difficulties arise, in particular, -that the few VYickelvindungen can generate only a low Vlickeldruck, so that with low tensile stress on the connecting elements these, possibly together with the welded-on occupancy ends.
To circumvent these difficulties, a single-wound electrical capacitor is used proposed, its consisting of dielectric and coatings, winding layers a mandrel remaining in the roll are wound, in which the invention of the Winding mandrel consists of two sections that are conductive at least on their surface and one arranged in the interior of the tube, isolating the two conductive burrs Section and in which the conductive sections of the winding mandrel each with a capacitor assignment are conductively connected and serve as power supplies. This creates the connection points between Assignments and connection elements completely from the train, the on 'the connection elements is exerted, relieved. As a winding mandrel. - can be beneficial an insulating wire or thread, e.g. a plastic thread made of e.g. polyethylene terephthalate, Polyamide or polycarbonate, the surface of which is under release a central area is provided with a conductive coating. The chief Coating can in particular consist of a vapor-deposited or galvanically applied Consist of a metal layer. For example, a Pluckers upset. Furthermore, the conductive coating can be applied by application generated by conductive lacquer 1 ° earth.
Another possibility for the formation of a winding mandrel according to the Invention exists. in that two metallic sections through a non-conductive Connect the connector mechanically to one another; z: B. you can get two narrow ones Sheet metal strips, which are preferably made of a highly conductive and solderable metal, e.g. made of copper, in particular tinned copper, consist of one or both sides Mechanically connect stuck-on sticks of an insulating sheet with one another and that Use the product as a winding mandrel. You can .but also two conductive wires that are mechanically connected to one another by an insulating bridge, as a winding mandrel use, with the two wires serving as connecting elements at the same time. the The insulating bridge required for this can be used in various ways, as follows . Represented in more detail on the basis of the figures, realized. the Connection of the capacitor assignments with the conductive sections of the winding mandrel takes place in the case of capacitors contacted at the end simply through the end contact layers itself, on the one hand with the assignments, on the other hand with the conductive sections of the ylickel thorn.
The front contact layers can in this case in a manner known per se by spraying on metal, by vapor deposition, etc. getting produced. However, it is particularly expedient to make the end contact with the aid of conductive adhesives or conductive prongs which are applied to the end faces. In this way, tin coatings can be contacted particularly well, which is why they are preferably used. High-percentage suspensions of silver powder in paints are particularly suitable. Front contacting by applying loads to the front surfaces is particularly advantageous when it is carried out together with a chopping of a winding mandrel made of an insulating thread, e.g. a plastic wire, since the production of the conductive surface layers of the winding mandrel can be carried out at the same time as the front contacting . This practically saves one work step.
The figures can serve to further explain the invention. Fig. 1 shows a small wound capacitor as an embodiment of the invention. The winding body 1 is here on the off a plastic thread 2 existing winding mandrel wound up. The winding mandrel 2 consists of an inside of the winding arranged insulating section 3 and two conductive sections 4 and 5, the -Simultaneously serve as connecting wires. The connection of the delegations of the bobbin 1 with the connecting wires 4 and 5 takes place through front contact layers 6 and 7 .. The winding body can, for example, be made of metallized plastic foils, e.g. with tin-vaporized polyethylene terephthalate films exist.
In Fig. 2, a winding mandrel is shown as an embodiment of the invention and a method for producing such an iYikkeldorn is explained on the basis of this figure. A plastic thread 8 with a thickness of about 0.5-1 mm, for example made of polyethylene terephthalate, polyamide or pelycarbonate, is covered with conductive coatings 9, 10 and 1.1, which are separated from one another by non-coated, insulating sections 12 and 13. The production of the coatings is preferably carried out on the basis of larger lengths of the plastic thread, which are then cut up according to the length of the winding mandrel. The conductive coating can consist of copper, for example, which is applied in a galvanic process. A method has proven to be suitable for this in which the synthetic threads are first dipped in a hot organic degreasing bath, then lightly roughened with the help of dilute hydrochloric acid, after which the entire thread is chemically copper-plated, roughly a copper layer about 0.1 thick - 0.2 / u arises. This copper layer is then galvanized up to. reinforced to a maximum strength of 2 / u; then the places of the later insulating sections will be in Pig. 2, namely 12 and 13, covered with a suitable hack in the desired width and then the uncovered parts, in Fig. 2, 9, 10 and 11, are further electroplated with copper until the desired thickness of the copper layer is produced. A layer thickness of about 80-100w has proven to be useful. The covering of sections 12 and 13 is then removed and a suitable etchant is applied to the previously covered parts of the surface in order to remove the thin copper layer that is still present there. A brush, fine sponge or felt can be used for this. The process is carried out in such a way that the thick copper layers do not come into contact with the etchant. Finally, a thorough final cleaning is carried out. Fig. 3 shows another embodiment of a Vlickeldorn according to the invention. This consists of two conductive wires 14, 15, for example copper wires, which are preferably tinned and which are mechanically connected to one another by a non-conductive bridge made of a shrunk-on plastic tube 16. Another possibility for carrying out the invention is shown in Fig. @ 4. The. The winding mandrel shown there also consists of conductive rotations 17, 18, which are made of plastic by an insulating bridge 19, which is made of plastic by using thermoplastic processes, such as injection molding, Kunstatoffschvreißeh etc. Another embodiment of the inventive winding mandrel is shown by Pig. 5. Here four conductive wires 20 and 2'1 at hand,. lel arranged side by side and connected to one another by plastic strips 22, e.g. two adhesive films stuck on both sides of the wires. To produce individual connecting wires, the plastic strips 22 are cut along the dash-dotted dividing line shown.
