"Device for introducing liquid, gas or dust-like fuels into the frame of a shaft furnace, primarily a blast furnace" It has been proposed many times to reduce the fuel consumption of shaft furnaces, in particular of blast furnaces, by blowing oil into the frame of the In this connection it is known to introduce the oil diz: bch # a pipe into the blast furnace which is arranged in the nozzle nozzle and in the wind space of the blow mold and extends to the mouth of the mold Tried and tested because the oil in the pipe surrounded by the hot blower wind tends to crack and form deposits which make continuous operation impossible Approaches made difficult or practically impossible, known - is also a device for blowing in flowing fuels, such as oil or the like. Into the B Lasform a shaft furnace through one or more tubes that are inserted through the rear wall of the tuyere into the cooling space and open either on the annular front surface or on the inner wall of the mold that delimits the wind space. In both cases, the ends of the fuel pipes are pressure-tightly connected to the walls of the tuyere in which they are inserted by soldering or welding. Inside the fuel pipes there are distribution heads for the oil on a longitudinally displaceable rod, of which the front one has to be pushed forward so far into the wind form that the oil coal on it burns with the hot breeze and through this - type of cleaning the injection system is removed Cracking residues that form during standstills are cleaned.
The significant disadvantage of the latter device for introducing flowing fuels into the blow molds of a shaft furnace is that the lines carrying oil and going through the cooling chamber of the wind mold are firmly connected to the mold by soldering, welding or otherwise and therefore only connected to the mold in the event of any kind of malfunction Wind shape together, do'h. with the furnace at a standstill. 'out.;.'' can be changed. Since the oil supply pipes are immediately surrounded by the cooling water of the Blaoform over a large part of their length, preheating of the oil must be dispensed with According to the known proposal the case is that the ends of the oil pipes are firmly connected to the wall of the molds.
stand umgebenden Mantelrohr befindet, dessen vorderer
Ab-

In contrast, the invention relates to a device for introducing liquid, gaseous or dusty fuels into the frame of a Schachtofensq, primarily a blast furnace, which consists of one or more fuel pipes that lead from the rear wall of the tuyere through its cooling chamber and in which the wind chamber -b. # delimiting mold wall open. The-Last is now daring that the fuel introducing pipe axially displaceable and replaceable in a tube by far the surrounding cladding tube is, its front section by section through the cooling chamber of the tuyere passes and with its open end into a corresponding opening the wall of the mold leading to the blue wind is soldered or welded in, expediently, the jacket pipe containing the fuel pipe is designed in two or more parts in such a way that its fore part in the cooling chamber of the wind form, slightly curved towards the wall of the form, welded or soldered to it outside to separate the shape of the leading out of the delivery of the furnace part of the jacket tube and attached to it by a sleeve or the like. -Connection is to be connected, A T-shaped pipe section is detachably connected to the rear, free end of the jacket tube, which is equipped with a stuffing box lead-through for the fuel pipe and on the web with a slide valve, in the open position of which hot blast from the blow space of the mold through the jacket tube and flows out along the fuel line. In this way, depending on the position of the gate valve, the fuel can be heated to the desired extent. The oil is then thin on entry into the hot blast stream, so that it distributes itself better than usual, an advantage that is particularly important when injecting tar oils. A great advantage of using one in one. Jacketed pipe independent and freely displaceable mounted fuel pipe still exists towards the acquaintance # .. in the possibility of removing the fuel pipe from the jacket pipe without interrupting the furnace operation in order to clean it or, if necessary, replace it with a new one. Finally, it is essential that the distance: fuel outlet - blow mold tip, again without interrupting the furnace operation, can be changed at will by simply moving the fuel pipe axially, in the drawing is an embodiment for
