Die Erfindung erstreckt sich auf elastische Unterlagsohlen für Hufeisen, bei welchen an
der zwischen Huf und Hufeisen angeordneten Zwischenplatte ein elastischer Wulst anvulkanisiert
oder sonstwie befestigt ist. Diese Wulste sind einer ziemlich starken Abnutzung unterworfen
und müssen deshalb häufig erneuert werden. Diesem Mangel soll gemäß vorliegender
Erfindung dadurch abgeholfen werden, daß in den von dem Wulst eingeschlossenen Raum ein elastischer, in bekannter
Weise auswechselbar an der Platte befestigter, vorteilhaft hohler Körper eingesetzt wird, der
aus dem Wulst derart hervorragt, daß beim Auftreten des Pferdes der erste schwere Anprall
des Hufes von dem Einsatz aufgenommen und dann erst der Wulst selbst in Anspruch
genommen wird. Der Wulst wird also wesentlich geschont und erhält die Unterlagsohle

werden in den Einsatz in bekannter Weise Federkiele, Pflanzenfasern f oder dergl.
