Überdruckentlastungseinrichtung für Absperrschieber Die Erfindung
betrifft Überdruckentlastungseinrichtungen für Absperrschieber in Rohrleitungen,
insbesondere in Ferngas-und Ölleitungen.Overpressure relief device for gate valves The invention
concerns overpressure relief devices for gate valves in pipelines,
especially in gas and oil pipelines.
Somit besteht in jeder
erreichte Die Entlastung
in
Gate valves of the type mentioned are often equipped with two sealing rings which are mounted so as to be elastically displaceable in the flow direction and which are pressed against the shut-off plate from both sides by spring elements. Thus, there is a force-fit contact between the sealing rings and the shut-off plate in every slide position. In this way, a good seal against dust and dirt is achieved with respect to the interior of the housing, which is particularly important for long-distance gas. and oil line valves is very important. However, the housing of this type of gate valve with double shut-off is endangered by the build-up of overpressure when its contents are heated, since a space that is closed on all sides is created as a result of this double shut-off. Especially with gas and oil line valves, there is a constant risk of pressure increases, as the change between solar radiation and night time cooling with the valve closed brings pressure fluctuations on a daily basis. The situation is similar with gate valves in steam lines in the event of overpressure in the housing. There are relief devices known which limit the pressure increase in the housing of slides to an acceptable level or exclude them from the outset, z. B. safety valves, rupture plates, bypass lines, etc. Their application is either associated with considerable additional effort or it brings difficulties with the clear definition of the response pressure or other disadvantages, z. B. Usability of the slide in only one direction of pressurization. The invention aims to create a simple and practical device for the proper prevention of a dangerous pressure increase in the slide valve housing. The solution to the problem is that pressure relief is achieved at a predeterminable overpressure in the valve housing without additional devices, by providing indentations on the ends of the sealing rings facing the housing space towards the shut-off plate, so that the annular surface created thereby serves as an attack surface for the overpressure The sealing rings then act as pistons which, when there is overpressure in the valve housing, are acted upon by the latter on the circular ring surface in the opening direction and, when there is a corresponding overpressure, stand out from the locking plate against the force of the spring elements. This inventive measure no additional costs in the production, and it is = maximum reliability and accuracy of response = reached the relief is in the pipeline, so do not gebung into the environment 1 outside pipe and valve. For these reasons, it is superior to the known safety devices when used in remote throttle and sliding gate valves. The overpressure relief device according to the invention is also applicable to gate valves of this type in pipelines for steam, water or when conveying slurried solids, such as. B. hollow. this only results in changes in the material of the seal, e.g. B. with steam. The illustration shows the gate valve with the overpressure relief device. Shown are: FIG. 1 overall structure of a gate valve with sealing rings and overpressure relief device according to the invention, FIG. 2 sealing rings with overpressure relief device on an enlarged scale. The slider is welded with its housing connector 1 and 1 'into the pipeline or connected to it by flanges. The housing 2 serves to receive and guide the slide spindle and shut-off plate 3. The housing stubs 1 and 11 have cylindrical grooves 4 and 4 'at their inner ends, in which the sealing rings 5 and 5' are axially movable. and are mounted pressure-tight by means of the O-rings 6 and 6 '. The disc spring sets 7 and 7 'press the sealing rings 5 and 5' via annular lugs 8 and 8 'against the shut-off plate 3, which is hinged to the valve spindle, whereby the disc springs 7 and 7' press against the end faces 9 and 9 'of the housing connector 1 and 1 'support. The disc spring sets 10 and 10 ' press the aprons 11 and 111, which also serve to seal against dirt, against the shut-off plate 3, whereby they are supported against the shoulders 8 and 8' of the sealing rings. The slide spindle is passed through the cover of the housing 2 in a pressure-tight manner in the usual manner and. provided with threaded bushing and handwheel. As can be seen in particular from FIG Ring surface 13 or 13 ', on which an overpressure possibly occurring in the housing 2 acts against the pipe pressure and the tension of the disc springs 7 and 7' as well as 10 and 10 'and the sealing rings 5 and 5' lifts off the shut-off plate 3, the desired Pressure relief takes place in the pipeline space. In the case of an overpressure, which can be determined in advance by the choice of the diameter and the plate spring preload, the sealing ring is lifted off the shut-off plate on the side of the lower pressure and the overpressure is reduced. The annular surface 13 or 13 'is selected so that the overpressure acting on it to relieve the housing 3 can in any case act in good time, ie before dangerous maximum pressures arise. The principle according to the invention is not tied to the illustrated embodiment of the shut-off device. In particular, the pressure sealing of the movable sealing rings with respect to the housing in the embodiment shown, which is taken over by the O-rings, can take place in any desired manner.
