In eine biegsame, mindestens zum Teil aus einem schraubenlinionförmig
aufgewundenen Band bestehende Trokarhülse (a) einführbarer und mit einem sich gegen
dos äußere Ende der Hülse (a) legenden Anschlag (b1) ausgestatteter Mandrin (b),
dessen Länge größer ist als die Länge der Trokarhülse, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Mandrin (b) eine nach augen
0federnde Verdickung (b2) hat, deren Abstand von dem erwähnten
Anschlag gleich der Länge der Trokerhülse (a) ist. Die jederung der verdickung b2
ist bei dem gezeichneten Ausführungsbeispiel dadurch erreicht, daß der Mandrin geschlitzt
ist und die dadurch entstandenen Zungen b3 und b4 etwas nach außen gebogen sind.
