EBERHARD SANDER in BERLIN. Leuchtkörper für elektrisches Licht. EBERHARD SANDER in BERLIN. Luminaries for electric light.
Patentirt im Deutschen Reiche vom 2. Februar 1901 ab. Längste Dauer: 5. Dezember 1915.Patented in the German Empire on February 2nd, 1901. Longest duration: December 5, 1915.
Further experiments have shown that the uranium too, with appropriate treatment, with Hydrogen gives masses, which conduct the electric current without heating and for the manufacture of filament filaments and other luminous elements for electric light can be used advantageously.
Such a mass is obtained, for example, by reducing the oxides of uranium transfers carbon to hydrogen gas at the temperature of the electric furnace the glowing oxide is conducted. Another method of making one Mass is referenced in main patent 133701 of rare earth metals and alkaline earth metals. This procedure too can be used analogously for uranium compounds, but the same must be done under Observation must be carried out with great caution because of the explosion that occurs. The mass obtained can be used in exactly the same way as described in the main patents, brought into the finest distribution and processed into a plastic mass, from which threads and the like are injected under appropriate pressure or in some other suitable way Way manufactures. The further treatment of these threads can in all essentials, as described in the main patent.
