Durch das Herunterlegen dieser Vorrichtung hält sich der Korb B mit den Griffen an der Feder A fest und ist als feststehender Wagen zum Fahren fertig. Die Hemmvorrichtung E besteht aus zwei Schienen und einer Scheibe, vermittelst welcher dieselbe, nach rechts oder links gezogen, den Wagen feststellt oder fahrbar macht, je nachdem derselbe als solcher oder als Wiege benutzt werden soll.
