Description
Das auf beiliegender Zeichnung in Fig. 1 bis 4 dargestellte Kreissägeblatt besitzt nachstehend beschriebene Eigentümlichkeiten. Das Sägeblatt A wird durch die Flantschen a a[hoch]1 mittelst der Schrauben h festgehalten. Die Flantschen a enthalten Aushöhlungen, in welchen die runden Zapfen c c der Nabe B lagern. Die Nabe B ist auf der Welle aufgekeilt, kann infolge dessen ihre Lage nicht verändern, sondern das Sägeblatt A ist beweglich und läfst sich um die Zapfen c c verdrehen, so dafs die von der senkrechten Lage abweichende Stellung des schneidenden Blattes bei der Rotation desselben einen mehr oder weniger breiten Schnitt bedingt. Die genaue Regulirung der Schnittbreite geschieht durch die Schraube E, da letztere im Gewinde der Nabe B sitzt und mit ihrem Kopf gegen den Rand des Flantsches a drückt. Die Verstellung der Schnittebene des Blattes wird dadurch bedingt, dafs der Schraubenkopf gegen den Flantsch a geprefst und durch das Gewinde in der Nabe B ein Stützpunkt geboten wird, durch den die verschiedene Lage der Sägeblattebene zu der durch die Stirnfläche der Nabe B gebildeten gegeben wird. Bei gänzlicher Lockerung der Schraube E arbeitet das Blatt vermöge der Centrifugalkraft vollständig gerade, weshalb durch diese Stellung die geringste Schnittbreite, wie sie durch die Stärke des Blattes gegeben, erzielt wird. Damit die Lagerung der Zapfen c stets unabhängig von der Dicke des zwischen die Flantschen a a[hoch]1 eingespannten Blattes bleibt, sind die Druckplatten p eingelegt, welche mittelst der Schrauben f mehr oder weniger an die Zapfen c c angedrückt werden.The circular saw blade shown in the accompanying drawing in FIGS. 1 to 4 has peculiarities described below.
