Bei den bekannten Dampfkesseln, bei denen ein Walzenkessel und ein Wasserröhrenkessel an einen gemeinschaftlichen Oberkessel angeschlossen sind, ist der Wasserumlauf ein erzwungener auf langem Weg. Ein solcher Wasserumlauf soll gemäfs der Erfindung durch den Einbau einer Trennungswand im Oberkessel vermieden werden, derart, dafs die beiden an den Oberkessel angeschlossenen Theile, Walzenkessel und Wasserröhrenkessel, jeder für sich einen getrennten Wasserumlauf besitzen, entsprechend ihrer Wärmeaufnahme und Dampferzeugung.In the known steam boilers, in which a roller boiler and a water tube boiler are connected to a common upper boiler, the water circulation is a forced one a long way.
