Hat der Chirurg aber wirklich die Nadel in das Fleisch eingeführt, so öffnet er die eine der beiden Seiten der Oese zwecks Einfahrens des Fadens oder dergl. und schliefst sie dann wieder, wobei er im entgegengesetzten Sinne auf die Nadel einwirkt.
