Pin;a Fahnenfabrik Ferdinand Joh.Piedl, Bonn,Dorotheenstr.l3, das in
der Anlage beigefügte Modell an und beantrage deepen Eintragung in die
Rolle für
Gebrauchsmuster.
Die Bezeichnung lautet :
Feststehender und auch natürlich flatternder Fahrzeugwimpel aus Wolle oder Baumwollstoff mit elasticher Einlage !
(Oder Elastic-Wimpel).
Als neu wird beansprucht:
Musterschutz für alle elastichen Einlagen in Wimpel für
Fahrzeuge jeder Art und in den für Fahrzeuge üblichen Grossen.
Pie Eigenschaften bestehen darin, dasß dieselben bei stehendem
Fahrzeug in gestreckter Lage verbleiben, bei fahrendem Fahrzeug dagegen in natürlicher Weise flattern.
Die gesetzliche Gebühr von M, 15·- wird gleichzeitig an die
Kasse des Reichspatentamtes überwiesen.
Es liegt bei t eine gleichlautende Ausfertigung dieses Schriftstückes,sowie ein Originalmodell.
