Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Spinndüse zur Erzeugung multifiler Hohlfäden, bestehend aus drei mittels Schrauben zusammengehaltenen Platten, von denen die untere eine Vielzahl von Spinnöffnungen aufweist, die mittlere Zuleitung und Speiseraum für -5 die Spinnmasse und davon getrennt Zuleitung und Speiseraum für das hohlraumbildende, gasförmige oder flüssige Medium enthält und die obere den letzteren Speiseraum nach außen abschließt, wobei in die vom Speiseraum für das hohlraumbildende ίο Medium ausgehenden Bohrungen der mittleren Platte rohrförmige Hohlkanäle eingesetzt sind, die mit kapillaren Ansätzen in die Spinnöffnungen der unteren Platte hineinreichen, wobei die drei Platten gleiche Durchmesser haben, die Hohlkanäle mittels zentral durchbohrter Schrauben auswechselbar an der mittleren Platte befestigt sind und die mittlere Platte in Paßbohrungen der unteren Platte eingreifende Führungsstifte trägt, die aus der mittleren Platte weiter vorstehen als die Hohlkanäle. aoThe invention relates to a spinneret for producing multifilament hollow fibers, consisting of three plates held together by screws, the lower one of which has a multitude of spinning orifices has, the middle supply line and dining area for -5 the spinning mass and separate supply line and Dining room for the cavity-forming, gaseous or liquid medium and the upper one contains the the latter closes off the dining area to the outside, being in that of the dining area for the cavity-forming ίο Medium outgoing bores of the middle plate tubular hollow channels are used, which with capillary approaches into the spinning orifices of the lower plate, the three plates have the same diameter, the hollow channels can be replaced by means of centrally drilled screws on the middle plate are attached and the middle plate engages in fitting holes in the lower plate Carries guide pins that protrude from the central plate further than the hollow channels. ao
The German patent 1 180 881 describes such a spinneret for producing multifilament hollow fibers protected. With her, the hollow channels are equipped with a widened contact surface, which can be used when tightening of the hollow channels under the middle plate. The hollow channels have at their upper end Internal thread into which centrally drilled screws used to fix, fit. The flanges lie on the opposite of the widened bearing surfaces of the hollow channels Side of the middle plate firmly on this. For sealing are both between the widened contact surface and plate in each case seals.
multifiler HohlfädenIt has now been found that the design of the hollow channels and their fastening in the central plate can be considerably simplified if the widened bearing surfaces on the hollow channels are omitted and replaced by the design according to the invention. The hollow channel according to the invention is slightly conical at its upper part protruding into the middle plate, in such a way that the diameter is greatest at the upper end and becomes too smaller in the direction of the capillary attachment. The mean diameter of the conical part corresponds to the diameter of the hole in the central plate 1. To tighten the channels, axially drilled screws without a flange and with a thread extending over the entire length are used. By tightening the screws, the hollow channels are pressed firmly into the holes in the plate. They sit so tightly that a reliable seal against the spinneret is created even without a special seal

Rising spinning material from the space between the lower and the middle into the Space between the middle and the upper plate is safely avoided.
The invention is explained in more detail with the aid of the drawings.
A b b. 1 zeigt eine Düse, in welcher die erfindungsgemäßen Hohlkanäle angeordnet sind, undA b b. 1 shows a nozzle in which the hollow channels according to the invention are arranged, and

The lower plate 1, which forms the nozzle base, has a large number of spinning orifices 6 and fitting bores? equipped for the guide pins 17.
The middle plate 2 shows a central opening 8 which is adjacent to that of the lower plate 1 Surface gradually expanded to a dining area 9 with a larger diameter. In the upper Plate 3 is an annular surface on the lower surface in contact with the middle plate 2 Notch 10 is provided through which the gaseous or liquid medium is distributed. This recess 10 is connected to the dining area 9 in the middle plate 2 by a plurality connected by holes 11. In the bores 11 are the hollow channels 12, which run out into a capillary 13, tightened by means of centrally drilled screws 14. That to create the cavity in the Thread serving gaseous or liquid medium that the annular recess 10 by several Lines 18 is supplied from the outside, passes through the central holes 15 of the screw 14 and the Hollow channel 12 with capillary 13 in the thread that is being formed. Between the plates 1, 2 and 3 is each a thin aluminum sealing ring 21, which is

Der mittlere Durchmesser des konischen Teiles entspricht dem Durchmesser der zylindrischen Bohrungen 11 in der mittleren Platte 2.pressed state has a thickness of about 0.1 mm, inserted. He prevents the occurrence of the Spinning mass from the dining area 9 between the lower and the middle plate and the gaseous or liquid medium from the dining room 10 between the middle and top plates. aside from that the middle plate 2 is equipped with at least three guide pins 17 firmly connected to it, whose length is slightly greater than the height of the lower plate 1. These guide pins 17 slide in the fitting bores 7 of the lower plate 1 and stand slightly above the nozzle base when the nozzle is assembled emerged. The upper plate 3, which covers the nozzle towards the top, also has a central one opening 16, which is the central opening 8 of the middle Plate 2 continues. The spinning mass is brought in through the central opening 16. The A b b. 2 shows the hollow channel 12 inserted into the spinneret and fixed with the cannulated screw 14 in enlarged view. It is slightly conical at its upper part, in such a way that the diameter from the upper end that comes into contact with the screw 14 towards the capillary 13 gets smaller. The mean diameter of the conical part corresponds to the diameter of the cylindrical part Holes 11 in the middle plate 2.
At its lower end, the outer wall of the hollow channel 12 is cut so that within of the spinning orifices 6 result in passages 19 for the spinning mass, while those lying between them Ribs 20 guarantee the exact centering of the hollow channel.
The spinneret according to the invention can be made in the same size as normal spinnerets so that it can be used in the spinning heads of existing spinning machines. So can for example arranged in a nozzle with a diameter of about 140 mm up to 150 spinning orifices will.
