Dadurch wird eine einwandfreie Arretierung garantiert. Weiterhin wird dadurch, daß dieses Arretierungselement durch den Fuß betätigt werden kann, eine einwandfreie Kontrolle der Kamera, ein schneller Standortwechsel der Kamera, Schnappschußmöglichkeit usw. erreicht. In dem Mittelstück kann eine verstellbare Säule angeordnet sein.
