Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Befestigung von Ankerstangen in Bohrlöchern durch Verkleben in diesen mittels einer in das Bohrlochtiefste eingebrachten und nach dem Einbringen erhärtenden Kunststoffmasse. Sie ist sowohl auf bekannte Verfahren anwendbar, bei denen die Kunststoffmasse — die Mischung eines Kunstharzes — in der Regel unter Zusatz eines Beschleunigers sowie mit Füllstoffen und einem Härter in das Bohrlochtiefste injiziert wird, wie auch auf solche, bei denen die fertige Mischung in einer durch das Eindringen der Ankerstange zerstörten Patrone in das Bohrlochtiefste eingebracht wird.The invention relates to a method for fastening anchor rods in boreholes by gluing in this by means of one which is introduced into the deepest part of the borehole and which hardens after the introduction Plastic compound. Bei diesem Verfahren ist also der Zeitpunkt der Verwendung der Patrone von dem ihrer Herstellung unabhängig. Vorzugsweise wird die Menge der in das Bohrlochtiefste eingebrachten Mischung in Relation zu
der Breite des Ringraumes so bemessen, daß nach Beendigung des Vorganges die dann erhärtete Mischung
den Ringraum bis in den Bereich der Bohrlochmündung ausfüllt, d. h. eine Verklebung der
Ankerstange auf ihrer gesamten Länge erfolgt. Da ein Mischvorgang im Bohrloch nicht mehr stattfindet,
ist es nicht mehr erforderlich, den Kopf der Ankerstange als Mischschnecke auszubilden. Vielmehr
können glatte oder aus Rippenstahl bestehende Ankerstangen verwendet werden, deren Kopf zweckmäßig
unsymmetrisch verjüngt, z. B. keilförmig gestaltet ist.
