das Verhältnis des spezifischen Gewichts der Kerze zu dem des Wassers vergrößert.
Damit die Kerze nicht zu nahe an die Gefäßwandung schwimmen kann, sind die Gewichtsstücke
zweckmäßigerweise nach Art einer Scheibe ausgeführt, deren Außendurchmesser größer
als der Durchmesser der Kerze ist. Es braucht natürlich nur ein Gewichtsstück in
Scheibenform vorgesehen zu sein. Durch entsprechende Form- und Farbgebung können
besondere Leuchteffekte erzielt werden. Dabei ist es vorteilhaft, den Auftrieb der
Kerze so einzurichten, daß sich die Flamme immer unmittelbar oberhalb des Flüssigkeitsspiegels
