Device for actuating contact spring sets in electromagnetic relays In known devices for actuating contact spring sets electromaggrietic relays, the disadvantage often occurs that with high switching frequency the abrasion between the actuator and the contact spring set is so great that contact disturbances occur. The subject to wear actuator which is usually formed as a comb or backdrop is composed, namely usually made of insulating material and, therefore, If the given abrasive members as they pass between the contacts, to a failure of the relay, and thus the connected circuits.
By contact faults: of this type, not only is the operational safety of the relevant relay called into question, but the guaranteed service life is also significantly shorter than it could otherwise be assumed due to the usual signs of wear and tear. Appropriate maintenance c. C to eliminate such a relay with the ability to esammelte-about Abliebteile, is only possible if it is not to relay with a hermetic closure. In the latter case, the relay must be replaced in the event of such contact faults.
To eliminate the disadvantages outlined and to ensure operational safety
Attempts have already been made to increase such relays provided with an actuator
been to produce the actuator from electrically conductive material. Through this
This is because a metallic and therefore electrically conductive abrasion occurs. This improvement
However, it must be bought at the expense of the fact that there is no galvanic separation between
the overall structure of the relay and the contact spring set is available. Should the actuator
as is usually the case, would act on several contact spring sets at the same time
in the case of a metallic actuator between the individual contact spring sets
there is no galvanic separation of the circuits.
The invention is based on the object of creating a device for actuating sets of contact springs in electromagnetic relays, in which there is practically no frictional wear and thus no abrasion causing contact faults. A contact spring set for relays is already known from German patent specification 645 956 , in which the actuating element controlling the contact spring set is guided at its lower end in an opening in the yoke. In addition, there is also a guide at the upper end of the actuating member, so that undesirable friction occurs here as well. In order to largely avoid friction paths, in a device for actuating contact spring sets of the type specified at the outset, according to the invention, the guide is designed like a dome and the pivot point of the armature or the armature leg carrying the actuating element, based on the symmetry line of the exciter winding . arranged at the height of the pivot point favorable for the movable contact spring. In this way, the frictional wear between the actuating member and the movable contact spring is minimal. The anchor pivot point is in fact at the height of the ideal pivot point of the lower contact spring. This pivot point naturally applies not only to the lower movable contact spring, but also to the upper movable contact spring. Since the relative movement occurring during operation between the actuating member and the contact springs is consequently so small that practically no abrasion parts can arise, the contact disturbances caused thereby are also eliminated. The dome-shaped training of the guide has the particular advantage that it allows dimensional, symmetry and parallel deviations of the associated components to be compensated for in a simple manner. A preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the armature legs have predetermined bending points to determine the armature stroke.
Further details of the invention emerge from the following
Description of an exemplary embodiment, the figure showing the schematic structure
shows a non-polarized electromagnetic relay according to the invention.
The embodiment shown in the figure represents a plug-in relay of the type mentioned. It consists essentially of a base 11 with contact blades 14, the electric network system with an iron core 5 and an excitation winding 15 such as an armature 7 and that of this actuated contact spring sets with the movable contact springs, he for springs2 and 3. The base serves as a support for the entire relay, and in it are also embedded the fixed contact elements 12 and 13. The armature 7 has two parallel armature legs 7a, at the ends of which are bearing points for the pins 4b of the actuating member 4. The actuating member 4 has at its end facing away from the contact spring set an extension piece in the form of a spherical cap which is guided in an opening 5b of the yoke 5a.
a
Sollbiegestellen 7 b auf.The pivot point MI of the armature 7 and the actuating member 4 supporting anchor legs 7 a is the amount of valid for the movable contact spring 2 fulcrum M2. By guiding the actuating member 4 in this way it is achieved that a very narrow actuation point is created between the actuating member 4 and the movable contacts 2 and 3 , so that the frictional wear is reduced to a minimum. The actuating member 4 moves in operation essentially vertically upwards within the stroke path in question, and therefore practically no friction paths arise at the points of contact with the movable contact springs 2 and 3. To define the armature travel to a desired value, 7 have the armature leg a predetermined bending points 7 b on.
7d
vorgesehen.A hook-shaped, trained wire spring 6, which at the same time acts as a return spring of the armature 7, serves to support the armature 7 . The wire spring 6 is locked in the yoke 5a and in the ab-ewinkelten anchor wing 7c, to achieve a lateral guide of the angled anchor wing 7 c in a recess of the yoke 5 a is immersed. In this way, the armature 7 is mounted with little friction, the wire spring 6 also taking over the precise fixing of the position of the armature 7 and its return after an operational deflection. In order to prevent the armature 7 from shearing out when impacts occur, two securing lugs 7d are also provided.
