Diese Vorrichtung besteht aus einer in die Oberfläche des Reifsbrettes A gefrästen Nuth B, ferner aus zwei auf dem Grunde der Nuth B sich hinziehenden kleinen Nuthen c und d, aus den vor Oxydation geschützten Metallschienen E, welche mit einer Anzahl spitzer Zähne ζ versehen und je nach Bedarf mit einem oder mehreren kleinen Schlitzen m durchbrochen sind, Fig. 4 und 5, endlich aus den Federn F, Fig. 6 a und 6 b, welche so an den Mittelschienen angebracht sind, dafs ihre Theile i, Fig. 5 und 6 b, in den Schlitzen m sich bewegen können.
Die Anwendung geschieht folgendermafsen:
An den Schienen E werden die Riegel F zurück und so in die Höhe gezogen, dafs ihre Theile i nicht mehr durch die Schlitze m gehen. Alsdann sind die Schienen so in Nuth B zu drücken, dafs die Zähne Z, das im nöthigen Format beschnittene, angefeuchtete Papier durchstechend, in Nuthe c greifen können, worauf die Federn F hinabgedrückt werden, so dafs sie, durch die Schlitze m in Nuth d tretend, die Schienen am Herausfallen zu hindern im Staride sind. This device consists of a groove B milled into the surface of the tire board A , furthermore of two small grooves c and d extending on the bottom of the groove B , of the metal rails E protected from oxidation, which are provided with a number of pointed teeth ζ and each are perforated with one or more small slits m as required, figs. 4 and 5, finally made up of springs F , figs. 6a and 6b, which are attached to the central rails in such a way that their parts i, figs. 5 and 6 b, can move in the slots m.
The application happens as follows:
The bolts F are pulled back on the rails E and so raised that their parts i no longer go through the slots m . Then the splints are to be pressed into groove B in such a way that the teeth Z , piercing the moistened paper trimmed to the required format, can grip into groove c , whereupon the springs F are pressed down so that they, through the slits m, into groove d kicking to prevent the rails from falling out in the Staride.

The device on frosting boards for stretching the paper, consisting in a T-shaped groove in the frosting board, into which the paper is pressed and held here by means of a rail E provided with a latch F and teeth Z.
