Description
Spool base with solder pins The invention relates to a spool base with solder pins that stick in holes parallel to the coil body axis. At a known execution, the soldering pins consist of stamped sheet metal lugs, which are in slots of the bobbin foot are inserted. There are barbs on the soldering lug that follow snap into place and prevent the soldering lugs from falling out. The punched out However, solder tails are relatively expensive and require a relatively large one Base area of the spool foot. The insertion of the soldering lugs must also be done by hand.
The invention avoids these disadvantages. The invention consists in the fact that the soldering pins are cranked in the area of the holes and with the insert the cranked part into the extensions of the holes. So the solder pins are through held a simple crank, so that punching out barbs is not necessary is. The radial expansion of the solder pins remains small, and there is one small footprint of the bobbin base. In addition, the soldering pins can be used in one automatically insert particularly simple and expedient processes into the bobbin base.
The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing.
F i g. 1 zeigt einen Spulenfuß nach der Erfindung und F i g. 2 in schematischer Darstellung eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung des Spulenkörpers nach der Erfindung.F i g. 1 shows a bobbin base according to the invention and FIG . 2 shows a schematic representation of an apparatus for producing the bobbin according to the invention.
In FIG. 1 there is a bobbin base 2 on a bobbin 1 with holes 3 parallel to the bobbin axis, which are interrupted by a groove 4 on the circumference. On the in FIG. 1 on the right side of the bobbin base 2, a soldering pin 5 made of wire is inserted and provided in the area of the groove 4 with a crank 6 which holds the soldering pin 5 in a form-fitting manner. The base of the bobbin base 2 can be round or square. Is used instead of the groove 4 a correspondingly shaped chamber, the soldering post is secured by its offset against Dehung. 5
Danach wird der Spulenfuß 2 aus der Vorrichtung entfemt.F i g. 2 shows an apparatus for producing a bobbin foot according to the invention. The wire 12 is withdrawn from the wire reels 7 and advanced step by step by a feed device 8. The feed device 8 executes movements in the direction of the arrow 9 , while a clamping jaw 10 moves in the direction of the arrow 11 to clamp the wire 12. The wire 12 is transported into a hole 13 in a base plate 14 which belongs to a combination of holes in the base plate 14 which corresponds to the combination of holes in the bobbin base 2. On the base plate 14 is a movable in the direction of arrow 15 cutting plate 16 with the same hole combination. In the cutting plate 16 there is a recess 17 in which the bobbin base 2 lies and is held in the inserted position. After the wire is transported 12 through the feeding device 8 as far as desired into the hole 3 in the coil base 2, moves a jaw 18 with a nose 19 in the direction of arrow 20 into the groove 4 so that a bend of the wire 12 is formed . After the jaw 18 has moved back again, the cutting plate 16 moves laterally until the wire 12 is sheared. Then the bobbin base 2 is removed from the device.
The processes involved in the manufacture of a bobbin base according to the invention are described with the insertion of a single soldering pin. When inserting more than one soldering pin, a corresponding addition to the device is required, as is shown in FIG. 1 for inserting a second soldering pin . 2 is shown.
