Description

Kraftspeicheranordnung für Lastumschalter Der Kraftspeicher eines Lastumschalters hat während eines Schaltvorganges hauptsächlich drei Aufgaben zu erfüllen. Zu Beginn des Schaltvorganges muß er eine KraftP, bestimmter Größe zur Beschleunigung des beweglichen Schaltsystems zur Verfügung stellen. Der bereits entspannte Kraftspeicher muß noch eine genügend große Kraft P2 aufbringen, um den Schalter aus der Mittelstellung heraus zum Einklinken zu bringen. Daneben müssen die während des Schaltvorganges auftretenden Reibungsverluste ebenfalls vom Kraftspeicher gedeckt werden. Schließlich soll der Kraftspeicher eine gewisse Reserve besitzen, um auch bei ungünstigen Verhältnissen, wie beispielsweise tiefe Temperaturen, einwandfreie Schaltungen zu gewährleisten. Aus diesen Forderungen ergibt sich für den Kraftspeicher eine Charakteristik, wie sie in F i g. 1 dargestellt ist.Energy storage arrangement for diverter switch The energy storage of a diverter switch has mainly three tasks to perform during a switching process. Zur Vermeidung der aufgeführten Nachteile wird erfindungsgemäß eine Kraftspeicheranordnung vorgeschlagen mit dem Kennzeichen, daß Federn mit verschiedener Charakteristik parallel geschaltet sind und daß diese so zur Wirkung kommen, daß die Federn steilerer Charakteristik zu Beginn des Umschaltvorganges das bewegliche Schaltsystem zur Erreichung der notwendigen Hauptkontakt-Trenngeschwindigkeit genügend beschleunigen, während die Federn flacher Charakteristik aus der Mittelstellung heraus ein Einklinken des beweglichen Schaltsystems gewährleisten und darüber hinaus die Reibungsverluste während des Schaltvorganges decken. An Hand der F i g. 2 wird der schematische Aufbau der Erfindung an einem Beispiel näher erläutert. F i g. 3 zeigt das entsprechende Diagramm. Zu Beginn des Umschaltvorganges (Endstellung a, F i g. 3) sorgt die Feder 1 mit der Kraft P, für eine genügend große Beschleunigung des beweglichen Schaltsystems, so daß der Hauptkontakt genügend schnell geöffnet wird. Nach der Trennung in Punkt b ist eine weitere Beschleunigung nicht mehr nötig. Nunmehr wirken nur noch die Federn 2 mit einer sehr flachen Charakteristik, die die Reibungsverluste decken und ein sicheres Einklinken in Punkt c durch ihre Endkraft P, gewährleisten. F i g. 4 zeigt die Kennlinie der Kraftspeicheranordnung nach der Erfindung, wobei zur Veranschaulichung der Verminderung des Energieüberschusses die Kennlinie der bekannten Anordnung eingetragen ist. Patentansprach: Kraftspeicheranordnung für Lastumschalter, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Federn mit verschiedener Charakteristik parallel geschaltet sind und daß diese so zur Wirkung kommen, daß die Federn (1) steilerer Charakteristik zu Beginn des Umschaltvorganges das bewegte Schaltsystem zur Erreichung der notwendigen Hauptkontakt - Trenngeschwindigkeit genügend beschleunigen, während die Federn (2) flacher Charakteristik aus der Mittelstellung heraus ein Einklinken des bewegten Schaltsystems gewährleisten und darüber hinaus die Reibungsverluste während des Schaltvorganges decken.
