Das Festlegen der . auswechselbaren Schautheile von Oberhemden, der Kragen und Manschetten an die zu ihrer Aufnahme bestimmten Bündchen des Halses und der Aermel geschieht zur Zeit meistens durch Knöpfe, welche entweder an ■ jene Bündchen festgenäht sind oder durch besonders angeordnete Knopflöcher derselben eingebracht werden und im letzteren Fall oft gleichzeitig zum Zusammenhalten der beiden Hals- oder Armbundenden Verwendung finden. Diese Einrichtung hat indefs den Nachtheil, dafs die harten Knöpfe, ■besonders wenn sie wie die zum Durchstecken eingerichteten an der dem menschlichen Körper zuliegenden Seite mit gröfseren Platten zwecks Verhinderung ihres Herausfallens versehen sein müssen, zu sehr auftragen und bei Berührung ihrer Köpfe einen Druck auf die ihnen zuliegenden Körpertheile ausüben, der namentlich bei engen Kragen und Manschetten sich oft recht lästig bemerkbar machen kann und bei längerer Dauer auch nicht ganz ungefährlich sein dürfte. Diesem Uebelstande abzuhelfen, ist die vorliegende Einrichtung· bestimmt. Sie kennzeichnet sich als breiter, aus zu steifendem Stoff, also zweckmäfsig aus Leinen oder Baumwolle in Form einer Zunge gebildeter Riegel, der, an Stelle der bisherigen Knöpfe hinten an dem Halsbund, sowie an dem einen Ende der Aermelbunde oder inmitten desselben angeordnet, die mit Längsschlitzen versehenen Kragen und Manschetten aufnimmt und durch ein seiner Vorderfläche aufliegendes widerhakenartiges Gebilde an ihrem Platz festhält.
