Die Kühlvorrichtungen bestehen in der Construction eines Eisschiffes, welches den Zweck hat, als Dach über Brauerei, Kellerei und Eishaus zu dienen. Zugleich bildet dasselbe ein Wasserreservoir, von welchem aus die Kühlung der Gährungs- und der Lagerfässer erfolgt.
