Mit den bisherigen Drahtlegeeinrichtungen bei Ringkernwickelmaschinen konnte jeweils nur ein Widungsdraht um den Ringkern gewickelt werden. Die Forderung nach Mehrlagenwiderständen und Potentiometern lag in der Hauptsache bei der Notwendigkeit höherer elektrischer Belastung in kleinem Raum und bei Paralellsteuerungen vor. Die Nachteile waren daher die, daß man einen größeren Raum benötigte bzw. mehrere Ringwiderstände und Potentiometer verwenden mußte. Ferner war man gezwungen, schmale Abgreifkontakte zu benutzen, wenn man nicht zu viele Windungen kurzschließen wollte. Diese schmalen Abgreifkontakte unterlagen daher einer relativ schnelleren Abnutzung und damit einer größeren Kontaktunterbrechungsgefahr. Die Erfindung bewerkstelligt diese Möglichkeit dadurch, daß am Umfang eines Drehkörpers des Wickelkopfes der Ringkernwickelmaschine mit den Drahtmagazinen in axialer Richtung gesehen nebeneinander so viele den Draht von den Magazinen zum Ringkern führende Drahtführungsrollenpaare angeordnet sind, als Wicklungen aufgebracht werden. In Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, daß am Drehkörper des Wickelkopfes zusätzlich eine Sammelführungsrolle angeordnet ist und daß die zweiten Drahtführungsrollen größere Durchmesser haben als die ersten Drahtführungsrollen der Drahtführungsrollenpaare.With the previous wire laying devices in toroidal core winding machines only one dedication wire could be wound around the toroid at a time.
