Bei statischen Kondensatoren ist es andererseits bekannt, als äußere Lagen zwei oder mehr Windungen einer als Belegung bzw. als Stromzuführung jeweils verwendeten Metallfolie aufzubringen, wobei die letzte Windung auf der vorangegangenen Windung durch Löten festgelegt wird. Schließlich hat man auch schon bei Elektrolytkondensatoren die Kathodenfolie um den Wickel herumgelegt und mittels eines Metallringes und eines Isolierpfropfens fest gegen die Wand des Metallgebäuses gepreßt. Nach eingehenden Untersuchungen ergab sich, daß die bekannten Wickelabschlußmaßnahmen zur Korrosion auf der Mantelfläche des Kondensatorwickels und/oder zur Verschlechterung des Elektrolyten führen (Einwirkung der Klebe- oder Lötmittel, Fingerabdrücke beim Verdrillen der Drähte oder beim Falten der Schließbänder und sonstiger Verunreinigungen).Capacitor winding for electrolytic capacitors is the subject of the invention is the improvement of the completion of condenser coils after completion on a winding machine or an automatic winding machine.
