Drehzylinderschloß
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Drehzylinderschloß,
dessen Gehäuse aus zwei durch gegenseitigen Eingriff
miteinander verbundenen Teilen besteht.
len den Vorteil einer leichteren Herstellbarkeit auf;
eingreifen.
Rotary cylinder lock The invention relates to a rotary cylinder lock,

After all, it is already known to be hardened steel pins

einbruchssicher. Finally it is also known to avoid rotary cylinder lock housings

miteinander verbundenen Teilen bestehendes Drehzylinderschloß so auszugestalten,
The present invention has set itself the task of being one of two
to design interconnected parts of the existing rotary cylinder lock in such a way that
that one that is easy to manufacture during assembly, with regard to theft protection
however, sufficiently stable locking of the two housing parts against each other is created
is, but this locking at any time and easily with the cylinder removed
should be solvable.
This is achieved according to the invention in that the tumbler pins
containing housing part arranged under spring action snap pin
which snaps into a latching opening of the housing part surrounding the cylinder core.
öffnung des anderen Gehäuseteiles herausgedrückt;
Teilen anbringen.
Eine insbesondere in dieser Richtung vorteilhafte
Ausgestaltung ist erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht,
daß das eine den Zylinderkern umgebende Gehäuse-
teil bei an sich bekanntem, schwalbenschwanz-
förmigem Eingriff der beiden Gehäuseteile unter-
einander eine die Schwalbenschwanznut an der Stirn-
seite abschließende Brücke ausbildet, welche die
Rastöffnung für den Eintritt des den Gehäuse-
zuhaltungsstiften vorgelagerten Schnäpperstiftes auf-
weist.
Man zerstört
Gehäuseteiles her erzeugen kann.

Das in den Abbildungen dargestellte, als Doppel-
zylinder ausgebildete Drehzylinderschloß besitzt das
Gehäuseteil 1, welches die Bohrungen 2 für die Ge-
häusezuhaltungsstifte 3 besitzt, ferner das Gehäuse-
teil 4, welches den Zylinderkern 5 umgibt. Beide Teile
stehen in gegenseitigem Schwalbenschwanzeingriff
Bohrungen 2 (vgl. A b b. 2). Er ist an seinem oberen
Ende abgesetzt, so daß der verjüngte Abschnitt 12
vorliegt, der in die Rastöffnung 10 eintritt. Zufolge

As a result of this configuration, locking of the two housing parts against one another is achieved in a simple manner during assembly. The catch pin jumps into the latching opening assigned to it in the housing part surrounding the cylinder core as soon as the two parts connected to one another have assumed their desired position relative to one another. In this respect, the for the foolproof actuation of such rotary cylinder

to drill in the housing part. One destroys
above all the guard locking springs and
if necessary also partially the tumbler pins; these
fall off, and you can see the cylinder core
turn to open the lock. According to the
Invention arranged and trained snapper
pen prevents this. It extends as a protective pen
in front of the holes for the housing locking pins.
A drill inserted from the front side would
refuse to slide off. This is partly because
