Description
Gasturbine mit Rotationszerstäubung, insbesondere Kleingasturbine Die Erfindung betrifft eine Gasturbine mit Rotationszerstäubung des flüssigen Brennstoffes, insbesondere Kleingasturbine, bei der der Zerstäuber und die Brennkammer sowie mindestens eines der Rotorlager (Innenlager) zwischen den auf oder an einer Hohlwelle befestigten Verdichter- und Turbinenrädern angeordnet sind und der Brennstoff durch die Hohlwelle dem Rotationszerstäuber zugeführt wird. Bei dieser bekannten Gasturbine muß zur Schmierung des Innenlagers Öl mittels einer Pumpe durch eine Leitung zu diesem Lager gebracht und auch wieder abgesaugt werden, und zwar in einer zur Schmierung und Kühlung ausreichenden Menge. Diese Menge ist immerhin so groß, daß sogenannte Verlustschmierung, bei der das aus den Lagern entweichende Schmieröl z. Die vorliegende Erfindung beseitigt diesen Nachteil dadurch, daß die Hohlwelle im Bereich des Innenlagers mit queraxialen Kanälen versehen ist, durch die der Brennstoff auf seinem Weg zum Rotationszerstäuber durch das Innenlager geführt wird und daß das Lagergehäuse des Innenlagers mit Durchbrüchen versehen ist, durch welche die Zerstäubungsluft in das Innenlager und von hier zum Zerstäuber gelangt. Der Betriebskraftstoff der Gasturbine wird hierbei also gleichzeitig zur Schmierung und Kühlung des oder der Innenlager verwendet, so daß für dieses überhaupt kein Schmieröl benötigt und das gesamte Schmiersystem wesentlich vereinfacht wird. Ergänzend sei hierzu angemerkt, daß queraxiale Kanäle zur Überleitung flüssigen Brennstoffes aus einer Hohlwelle in einen Drehzerstäuber ebenso wie radiale Schmierkanäle innerhalb eines Lagers je für sich bekannt sind.The present invention overcomes this disadvantage in that the Hollow shaft is provided with transverse axial channels in the area of the inner bearing which the fuel fed through the inner bearing on its way to the rotary atomizer and that the bearing housing of the inner bearing is provided with openings through which the atomizing air reaches the inner bearing and from here to the atomizer.
