Feeding device for bulk material on vertical conveyors The invention
is based on a feed device for bulk material on vertical conveyors, in which
the bulk material is fed to the conveyor through a chute. With such a
Charging has the disadvantage that part of the feed material is on the front sides
the conveying elements, e.g. B. Cup, passes and accumulates at the foot of the conveyor,
whereby the operation of the conveyor is hindered or even called into question. It
an inlet box is already known on bucket elevators, in which the front part
of the bottom together with the associated side walls yieldable against the bucket elevator
is pressed. The moving part of the sump grinds constantly
the bucket elevator and is therefore subject to wear. Also here is the space
underneath the inlet chute not covered, so there was one position of the inlet chute
between two conveyor elements, especially when the
Bucket elevator, from the conveying element located below the inlet chute
and can fall into the bucket elevator sump. There is also one below the inlet chute
provided cover known, but not on the conveyor elements, but
their inward movement is determined by a stop. Because in terms of
wear and tear of the cup on the cover must be avoided
thus there is always a narrow gap between the cover and the cups,
through which fine material can fall through. The known cover can only
step back when oversized pieces get into the bucket elevator.
The disadvantages of the known constructions are alleviated by the invention
fixed by the fact that the cover consists of one on the end faces of the conveyor elements
adjacent and entrained by these endless cover tape. Through a
such a cover tape is the space immediately below the inlet chute between
the conveyor elements sealed to the front, so that no good on the conveyor elements
can fall over. The masking tape expediently consists of a thick, soft one
Rubber belt, which is pressed against the conveyor elements with low tension. There
the pressed cover band is taken along by the conveyor is a special drive
not mandatory.
In the drawing, the invention is shown in one embodiment.
sind sowohl in waagerechter Richtung als auch in ihrem Abstand zueinander einstellbar;
The vertical conveyor 1 which convey both upwards and downwards
can, is equipped with conveyor elements 2, which are like scales on both sides of themselves
overlapping side panels 3 are limited. In front of the front of the conveyor elements
2 is the feed chute 4. Below the feed chute 4 is the cover tape
5 arranged, which is guided over the pulleys 6 and 7. These pulleys
are adjustable both in the horizontal direction and in their distance from one another;
their bearings can be resiliently supported. The cover strip 5 is slightly pretensioned
at the end faces of the conveyor elements 2 and is through this during the movement
of the conveyor 1. The distance between the pulleys 6 and 7 of the cover tape
is expediently at least 1.5 times larger than the division of the conveyor elements
of the sponsor.
