Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren, Gußstücke aus Eisen und Stahl unter Verwendung von Druckluft zu gießen. Durch das Verfahren gelingt es, Gußstücke aus Gußeisen zu erzeugen, die bei sehr niedrigem Sättigungsgrad des Eisens ein grau erstarrtes Gefüge zeigen, demzufolge leicht bearbeitbar sind und sehr hohe Festigkeiten aufweisen im Gegensatz zu dem bisher bekannten Gießverfahren, bei dem Eisen mit derart niedrigem Sättigungsgrad ein weiß erstarrendes Gefüge zeigt und nicht bearbeitbar ist.The invention relates to a method, castings made of iron and steel using Pour compressed air.
