LONGINUS DROLSHAGEN in HANNOVER. Pelotte aus Schwammgummi für Bruchbänder.LONGINUS DROLSHAGEN in HANNOVER. Pad made of sponge rubber for hernia ligaments.

Patentirt im Deutschen Reiche vom 26. Februar 1880 ab.Patented in the German Empire on February 26, 1880.

The pad made of sponge rubber has sufficient elasticity and the required durability of pressure without the inconveniences of those previously used To have pads in the wake; such as B. the pads made of peat, cork, pig and cow hair, Wool, etc., either has no elasticity at all or has the same after a short period of use To lose, only to become the cause of health disorders through their hardship; the rubber pads filled with air demand the frequent escape of air the chore of pumping them back in, a manipulation they do for many, especially Travelers, quite useless. The pad I proposed for patenting Sponge rubber has never been used on hernia ligaments, has a fortune the nature of the rubber the necessary elasticity and is by me for durability tested by withstanding the weight of 5 kg for 24 hours without the slightest to lose elasticity.
