Diese Erfindung bezweckt, ein Gefäfs herzustellen, welches gleichzeitig als Büchse zur Versendung von Farben oder ähnlichen dickflüssigen Substanzen und als gewöhnlicher Behälter zur Aufbewahrung und zum Gebrauch solcher Farben u. s. w. dienen kann. Auf diese Weise werden die Büchsen weit mehr nutzbar gemacht, als bisher, denn sie dienen zunächst als Verpackung bei dem Versand und danach als Farbtöpfe u. s. w. im Gebrauch.The purpose of this invention is to produce a vessel which can also be used as a can for shipping of paints or similar viscous substances and as an ordinary container for Storage and use of such colors, etc. can serve. In das obere weite Ende der Büchse A ist ein fest schliefsender Deckel D eingelassen, und es ist zweckmäfsig, dafs die Büchse eine Einschnürung A'¹ trägt, aufweiche der Deckel sich stützt. Der Deckel D hat einen aufgebogenen Rand Z?¹, in welchem sich zwei den Löchern c entsprechende Löcher befinden, durch welche die hakenförmigen Enden b des Henkels hindurchgehen. Auf diese Weise ist der Deckel D an der Büchse A befestigt.
