Description
Use of that in cellulose production as a waste product accumulating catch material The invention relates to the use of the catch material, that in cellulose production, especially in paper production, is a nuisance Waste product is produced. It is known per se that the catch material is heat-insulating Has properties. For this purpose, stones with catch material as a filler were also used manufactured to reduce the heat transmission in masonry.
Compared to this prior art, the invention is based on the novel Finding out that the catch material in question is dried and crushed consists of fibers that not only have an insulating ability against heat, but surprisingly have heat-resistant properties. Such capture fibers are similar in their properties those of asbestos.
On the basis of the new knowledge shown, the Cellulose and paper production as annoying waste catching material a new one opened up economic area through which it was used as a valuable material finds. So it is possible to use the dried and frayed catch material Characteristics of asbestos fibers to produce heat-resistant workpieces. It is well known that chamotte, Asbestos and other materials for use. These materials need before their Use a special treatment and are extremely expensive. Through the invention it has become possible to replace these expensive materials with a waste product, that is obtained as catch material in cellulose and paper production. For use for the production of heat-resistant workpieces it is sufficient to use the waste product to dry and disintegrate the accumulated catching material.
