Die bis jetzt gebräuchlichen Obstpressen leiden alle an dem Umstand, dafs die jeweiligen Trebern sich nicht vollständig auspressen, selbst bei Anwendung des gröfstmöglichen Druckes. Dieses Uebel findet seine erklärliche Ursache darin, dafs, sobald eine gewisse Höhe des Druckes erreicht ist, der Saft durch allzu festes Zusammenpressen der Trebern den Weg aus dem Innern der Presse nach den Abflufskanälen verschlossen findet. Vorliegende Neuerung sucht dies zu vermeiden durch Anwendung mit Kanälen versehener Senkböden ä, die am Boden, unter der Zulage und zwischen den Trebern eingeschaltet werden.The fruit presses in use up to now all suffer from the fact that the respective spent grains do not squeeze out completely, even when the greatest possible pressure is applied.
