Winding arrangement for high voltage power regulating transformers
in star-star connection with a star point grounded on both sides and with a triangle
switched auxiliary winding The invention relates to a high-voltage power regulating transformer
in star-star connection with a star point grounded on both sides and with a triangle
switched auxiliary winding. With such a transformer, all windings are
designed as tube windings known per se and thereby the high-voltage winding
in a known manner from a main winding part, a coarse step part and a
With a finely stepped part, such a winding structure is not straightforward
sufficiently resistant to surge voltages, and above all it is not a matter of indifference here
in which way the auxiliary winding is connected and the high-voltage winding
or whose partial windings are assigned in terms of space.
The object of the invention is therefore, both for the layer and
the spaced placement of the triangular auxiliary winding opposite
to provide a solution for the high-voltage winding consisting of three winding parts,
which exceeds the previously known solutions in terms of surge voltage resistance,
where either the auxiliary winding or an electrostatic shield
within the regular development group, but without considering a special spatial one
Assignment to a high-voltage winding, which is divided into three sections in a special way,
arranged or the auxiliary winding on one of compensation or tertiary winding parts
free core leg was applied.
gesamten Regelteils, also Grob- und Feinstufenteil zusammengenommen, bedeutet. Dabei
According to the invention, the intended aim is achieved in that when using a high-voltage winding formed as a tube winding and consisting in a manner known per se from a main part, a coarse part and a fine stage part, the auxiliary winding is introduced between the main part winding part and the control part and their spacing is as follows are chosen that the condition is satisfied. L612 means the leakage inductance between the main winding and the entire control section, L613, the leakage inductance between the main winding and the triangular auxiliary winding and L a23, the leakage inductance between the auxiliary winding and the entire control winding, while W1 means the number of turns of the main winding and W2 the number of turns of the entire control part, i.e. Coarse and fine-graded part taken together means. The inductances are each related to the main winding.
Winding arrangements that are designed according to the above condition with regard to the choice of the spacing of the individual winding parts always bring an improvement in the quasi-stationary final distribution of the entire high-voltage winding when voltage surges occur. In special cases it can be useful to split the auxiliary winding into two winding parts connected in series and to attach one part between the main winding and the coarse stage part, while the other part is spatially accommodated between the coarse stage part and the fine stage part. In contrast, an auxiliary winding arrangement is also possible in which the arrangement of one part between the main winding and the coarse step part is retained, while the other winding part is made between the iron core and the low-voltage winding. In this case, however, the number of turns ratio of the two auxiliary winding parts as well as the main and control winding, as already suggested elsewhere, must be according to the condition where W1 is the number of turns of the main winding, W2 is the number of turns of the entire control part, W3 'is the number of turns of the first winding part of the auxiliary winding adjacent to the core and W3 is the number of turns of the auxiliary winding part located between the main winding and the coarse step part. Since the low-voltage winding grounded at the star point must be shielded from the core at very high voltages, the part of the auxiliary winding adjacent to the core, which can be designed in the form of a thin metal cylinder or a winding spiral comprising only a few turns, can also be used as the core shielding of the low-voltage winding can also be used. Likewise, a capacitive shielding of the control part can be achieved by attaching the one between the main winding and the coarse stage and the other with the winding part connected in series between the coarse stage and fine stage part and this with a suitable point of the control device, especially the Coarse or fine step part or connects with the movable step contact. A further improvement in the surge voltage resistance can be achieved by a winding arrangement in which the auxiliary winding is split into three winding parts connected in series, if these winding parts are attached in such a way that one (first part) is between the iron core and the low-voltage winding, the other (second part) between the main winding and the coarse stage part and the last (third part) between the coarse stage part and the fine stage part is switched on spatially. Here, too, winding parts of the auxiliary winding can be connected in a manner known per se to corresponding, in particular adjacent parts of the regulating winding or the tap selector contact in order to achieve shielding. With this winding arrangement, too, the conditions specified above with regard to inductance distribution and division of the number of turns must be met.
Die Zeichnung zeigt verschiedene Ausführungsbeispiele von Wicklungen,
die gemäß der Erfindung aufgebaut sind. The drawing shows various embodiments of windings,
constructed in accordance with the invention.
In Fig. 1, the iron core is denoted by K, and U is the low voltage winding adjacent to this, which is grounded at E. Above it sits the main winding 1 of the high-voltage winding, which is also designed as a winding tube and which is in series with a control part 2 consisting of a coarse stage part G and a fine stage part F. The movable tap selector contact St, which can be switched along the winding taps of the fine tap part, is also rigidly earthed at E. An auxiliary winding 3 connected in a triangle is attached between the main winding 1 and the coarse step part G. This can consist of just a few turns, or it can also consist of a thin metal cylinder, e.g. B. slotted copper cylinder. This winding must be designed according to very specific conditions, namely their distances from the main winding 1 and from the coarse step part must be such that the condition is satisfied. 2 shows a winding arrangement in which the auxiliary winding consisting of two series-connected partial windings 3 and 3 'is attached with one part 3 between the main winding 1 and the coarse stage part G of the control part 2, while the other part 3 "of the Auxiliary winding between the coarse stage part G and the fine stage part F of the control part 2 is seated.
In diesem Fall
Fig. 3 shows a winding arrangement in which of the
two partial windings 3 and 30 of the auxiliary winding one, namely 3, between the
Trunk winding and the coarse step part and the other, 30, between the core K and
the undervoltage winding U adjacent to this is provided. In this case
the auxiliary winding division and placement must be considered when designing the windings
in addition to the condition to be met with regard to inductance, there is also one more
Condition regarding the choice of the number of turns are met.
eingetragen, zwischen dem Grobstufenteil G und dem Feinstufenteil F.Finally, it is also possible to have the auxiliary winding in three partial windings
split up. The third winding part 300 is seated, as shown in dashed lines in FIG. 3
entered, between the coarse stage part G and the fine stage part F.
