Self-starting synchronous small motor The subject of the main patent application
refers to a self-starting synchronous small motor with a permanent magnet
Multi-pole rotor, which rotates in a stator pole cage, to the strip-shaped
Parts of the front cover plates of the excitation coil are bent over in such a way that
unlike stator poles follow one another. The runner consists of one on the
Rotor shaft seated ring of the disc made of a ferromagnetic or ferrimagnetic
Material with very high coercive force, the rotor pole surfaces on its circumferential surface,
which have approximately the width of the stator pole faces, are magnetized radially.
i < k genügen.
(i + k) symmetrisch zueinander angeordnete Gruppen mit aufeinanderfolgenden Läuferpolen
i und k
A significant improvement in the start-up reliability compared to known arrangements with a simultaneous increase in the start-up torque results from the subject of the main patent application by a rotor whose circumferential surface has the rotor poles magnetized radially in such a way that the 2n stator poles (n - i) rotor poles of one polarity and (n - k) rotor poles of the opposite polarity are opposite, where i and k are whole positive numbers, preferably i = 0, k = 2, and satisfy the condition i <k. The rotor pole surfaces can have the same width among themselves. This width is appropriately related to the width of the stator pole faces as the radius of the rotor is related to the radius of the stator pole tooth cage. There are (i + k) symmetrically arranged groups with successive rotor poles of different polarity, in which the distance between the pole faces corresponds to the distance between the stator pole faces, and in the resulting gaps two pole faces of different polarity at a distance corresponding to the distance between the stator pole faces arranged symmetrically to the center. A further increase in the running-in torque is now achieved by the present invention, which relates to a self-starting small synchronous motor with a permanent magnetic multi-pole rotor that rotates in a stator pole cage, to which the strip-shaped parts of the front cover plates of the excitation coil are bent in such a way that unlike stator poles follow one another, with a rotor from a ring or disk seated on the rotor shaft made of a ferromagnetic or ferrimagnetic material with a very high coercive force, to which the rotor poles are magnetized radially on its circumferential surface in such a way that the 2n stator poles (n - i) rotor poles of one polarity and (n - k) Rotor poles of the opposite polarity are opposite, where i and k are whole positive numbers, preferably i = 0, k = 2, and satisfy the condition i <k; According to the main patent application, symmetrically arranged groups with successive pole faces of different polarity are formed on the rotor (i + k), in which the distance between the pole faces corresponds to the distance between the stator pole faces, and in the resulting gaps two pole faces of different polarity at the distance between the stator pole faces are arranged at a corresponding distance from each other; the present invention is characterized in that the poles located in the gaps are arranged asymmetrically with their center lines opposite the stator pole centers, preferably offset by 135 electrical degrees.
3.In the embodiment shown in the drawing, the runner is
of a 16-pole motor in such a position that ten rotor poles
exactly ten stator poles face each other. In the two opposite each three stator poles
Any gaps formed are fitted with two offset rotor poles. The center line
1 refers to a rotor and stator pole that are exactly opposite each other.
With 2 and 3, the center lines of two stator poles are referred to, which are straight
located opposite a gap, and the rotor north pole located in the gap,
whose center line is denoted by 6, lies, as from the various distances
4 and 5, asymmetrically with respect to the column center lines 2 and 3, respectively.
