Nimmt man diesen Mähnenkamm in Gebrauch, so ist durch die gebogenen Zahnenden die Möglichkeit gegeben, in bequemer Handstellung den Kamm gleichmäfsig durch die Haare der Mähne zu ziehen, wobei dieselben vollständig gleichmäfsig ausgezogen werden. Nach dem Wenden der Bürste kann nunmehr dieses gekämmte Haar mit der Bürste ausgebürstet werden.
