Bei um 180° umgeklappter Lage der Armstütze steht dem Kranken das nun nach vorn gerichtete lange freie Ende der Armstütze zum Auflegen des Armes zur Verfügung. Das Ouerrohr 13 ist in sehr kurzem Abstand vom Drehpunkt 11 an den schwenkbaren Schenkeln 14 angeordnet, so daß die beiden mögliehen Stellungen sich nur gering voneinander unterscheiden und das Ouerrohr 13 in jeder Lage als Fußrast verwendbar ist. An den freien Enden der Schenkel 14 sind die Laufrollen 16 angeordnet. Da die Schenkel 14 in der Ebene derSeitenstützen9a angeordnet sind, können diese bei entsprechender Ausbildung gleichzeitig als Anschlagteile für den nach hinten geklappten U-Bügel dienen, wenn sie, wie die Darstellungen zeigen, im Bereich des Gelenkes 11 nach unten durchgebogen sind, so daß der Abstand zwischen der Seitenstütze 9 a und dem Fußboden teilweise überbrückt wird.
