Description
DEUTSCHESGERMAN
During the duration of certain telecommunication connections, for example during the duration of a call, are known to be from a central point of counting pulses to a participant's own Facility given the charge amount caused by the connection in question mark. The number of impulses during a connection depends on the duration as well as the length of such a connection, and each counting pulse corresponds to a specific one Fee unit. In the current self-dialing long-distance traffic z. B. a counting pulse the equivalent of 16 Pfennig, so that when determining the fee, the status of the counter adding up the counting pulses is included Sixteen has to be multiplied to get the resultant fee in marks and pennies.
It is now often desired that for billing purposes at the end of a telecommunications connection a fee slip is made out from which, among other things, the fee amount resulting from the connection can be seen. Only the number of charge units incurred is shown on such a charge slip written down, you have to do the multiplication in order to evaluate this slip of paper these fee units with the respective penny amount per fee unit.
In order to be able to determine the charges incurred through a telephone connection, it is already there known, by switching devices the respective distance tariff and the respective duration of the Establish telephone connection, so that the telephone charge from this information at the end of the call can be calculated. Two distance and time dependent voters are necessary, theirs Set the charge amount to be determined at the end of the call. Identifying the However, the time and zone of a call are usually always found in the switching facility of the public office, because at this point, if necessary, the conversation slips with the respective Charges must be made out.
In modern telephone systems, however, is on the part of the public office during the conversation a continuous transmission of counting pulses to the respective calling subscribers or to the calling ones Subscribers containing sub-exchanges given so that these subscribers themselves already determine during the conversation the respective charge that arises from this conversation can.

Sind die einzelnencorresponding counting pulses as well as for the continuous totaling and saving of the in currency units converted counting pulses. This ongoing conversion of the counting pulses is used in arrangements that are already known made by a mechanical gear in which one circulates with each counting pulse offset wheel drives the number rollers of a counter with such a reduction via a gearbox, that each time the drive unit is released, the counter is incremented by an amount, which is in a certain ratio to the fee unit. A disadvantage of this arrangement is that it needs a mechanical gear to do the translation from the charge units into the Make currency units. If the fee units change, so must the gear rollers exchanged so that the right gear ratio is always available will be produced. In another known arrangement, a counting magnet adjusts the is influenced by the incoming counting pulses, a pair of counting rollers, each of which is a specific Currency unit is assigned. With this arrangement, however, the individual counting pulses are converted in the respective currency units is not necessary because each counting pulse has ten currency units means. Therefore, the incrementing of the counter indicating the respective fee amount are made directly by the magnet, which by the counting pulses that the individual fee units represent, is excited. By closing the armature contact d2 (KW) running of the higher currency unit, the relay UK responds, the switching means become effective with the contact uk 3 stepping mechanism, which limits the pulse given to the rotary magnet DKW by the previous cycle with the contact uk 4 over the averaged number of higher currency units to the subsequent contact ζ 6 for the duration of the excitation following addition with the number of those higher of the relay Z holds. The contact uk 2 throws the relay Z currency units, which by the subsequent Um- again from. In the idle state of the system, the running of this step-by-step switch are set, switch arms α of the selector DW, α and b of the selector save. The stepping mechanisms themselves can also be 40 KW and α of the selector PW in the Niülage, that is to say still kept small by the fact that, as by the contact denoted by 66, so that the relay P the invention is also proposed, with a contact via contact C. 2 is excited. If the voter now executes the full cycle of the stepping mechanism assigned to the lowest currency unit KW by receiving the first counting pulse, the switching arms α and b TjskCi of those currency units are detected which 45 of the voter KW is in its idle position and the currentin the next higher currency unit are included. circuit for relay P is interrupted; it drops off. For example, the arrangement can be made and it closes with its contact p4. a circuit that by two revolutions of the lowest selector for the rotary solenoid DPW of the selector PW. The approximation unit associated stepping mechanism and armature contact dl (PW) switches the relay UP, if it through two successive steps of 50, the up 2 to Einschaltestromkreis the next higher monetary unit assigned for the rotary magnet DPW interrupts with its contact so that a Sclirittschaltwerkes such a higher monetary unit Interplay between your rotary solenoids DPW and is marked. On the basis of one of the relay UP takes place. The voter PW becomes a decadic currency system, this means that the voter switched on through this interplay until he can check the contact serving to pick up the lowest currency unit, i.e. the penny amount occupied by the switch arms of the voter KW , for example. If, for example, one can carry out at least fifty steps and after a local call only a single counting pulse has been recorded on each cycle, the voter PW carries out the voter assigned to sixteen currency units, so that steps and is then activated by energizing the relay P • stopped by this after the execution of two steps 60. The switching tracks b and d of the selector, for example, a mark amount is recorded. Through PW are now wired in such a way that when the appropriate routing of further contact banks is reached, steps 16 can be switched on by the selector PW on the identification points then the identification points 1 and 6 ground potential is switched on, potentials for all points of the determined fees - whereby via the switch arm d of the voter PW the amount can be withdrawn. 65 last position and via the switch arm h of this selector. Another earth is once brought to its rest position, and when he passes step 62 at the identification point of the second digit, the fee amount to be determined comes together because the relay SA is already energized via the switch Z and the relay SA via the Konarm d of the selector DW in position 30 also earth 45 clock sa 5 prepared relays SB (winding I) connected to the potential at this identification point. This relay also keeps up with a will. The penny amounts go from the position of the contact 3, and the contacts sa2, sb2 and j64 selector DW in cooperation with the position now switch the wiring of the contact bank c of the selector DW out, namely in the third of the selector DW so that at the setting of the position of the amount to be determined on the identification 50 selector DW applied to a specific contact identification point 3 potential because the switching arm e drawing potential is applied to the identification points 6 of the selector DW as a result of its setting on and 7. At the end of the third cycle of contact 30 - on an even-numbered output contact, the selector is switched again and all even-numbered contacts of the switching DW are in its starting position, and now contact 61 is established via bank e of selector DW with Sehältarm b of 55 a reverse winding of the relay SA selector PW are wired. The last digit can (winding III) made effective, which this relay throws off directly from the setting of the selector PW , so that only the relay SB remains pulled, read, because here when it is set to -the six- this relay SB puts its Contact sb 1 to, and since the thirtieth contact identification potential at the contact sa2 has returned to its starting position and the identification point 6 is switched on. * oj stj w i t ^ now with a setting of the voter If the penny amount had been greater than 50, then DW on one of the contacts 1 to 20 of the identifier of the voter PW would have provided an odd number of Um- umungspunkt.9 with potential. If the run performed, and the selector DW at the fourth round to the contact 20 Kennzeiehnungspunkte 5 would be as a result of a set to 0 via the switching arm e, that is, a call charge of the selector DW and the switching arm would c of the selector 65 hr me as DM 100, - are incurred, the PW would be connected to identification potential. Contact sal and switch arm b in position 20 the As the drawing shows, it is possible with one cycle of relay UD and relay P (winding II) energized of the voter DW to hold amounts of up to DM 30, - and thus a further switching of the voter to be marked. Larger amounts can thus be prevented from PW and DW. The contact ud5 separates the fact that the number of revolutions of the selector 70 test potential from the last three digits of the
In this way it is ensured that the printing unit, not shown, finds no test potential on the last three charging points and thus runs into an overflow position in order to print an overflow indicator, so that a note is made on the conversation slip by pressing the number 2 and then pressing the overflow indicator from which it can be seen that an attempt was made to conduct a call which resulted in a higher fee than DM 100.00.
