Kühleinrichtung für Rotoren gasgekühlter Turbogeneratoren Um die Rotoren
schnellaufender elektrischer Maschinen, z.
Cooling device for rotors of gas-cooled turbo generators Around the rotors
high-speed electrical machines, e.g. B. turbo generators to cool, is
usually the cooling gas, either air or some other gas, attaches the rotor to the two
Ends fed. The cooling gas initially flows over the coil ends of the field winding
and cools this and is then fed into the cooling channels of the groove part of the rotor,
to finally flow out of the rotor through openings in the air gap
open between rotor and stator. Since a large part of the rotor's losses in
the coil heads arises, this process has the consequence that the cooling gas when
Entry into the channels is already considerably heated, thereby cooling the groove part
of the rotor is impaired. Next must be the necessary for cooling the coil heads
Amount of gas can also be passed through the cooling channels, the cross-section of which is constructive
Reasons is limited. In order to avoid these disadvantages, it is already known
to divide the incoming cooling gas into two different gas streams, of which the
one is fed directly into the cooling channels of the rotor, while the other
is directed into the spaces between the coil heads. To these two gas flows
to share, it is known to place the coil heads between the ones surrounding the coil heads
and holding cap and an inner cylindrical screen with openings
to arrange through which part of the cooling gas flowing inside the screen
is routed to the spaces between the coil heads. It is further known that
Cooling gas for the coil ends through openings in the rotor cap or through openings in
to flow out of the cap wearer. The last execution is preferable since
no holes are required in the rotor cap. Namely, these weaken
the rotor cap considerably. In order to ensure effective cooling of the
To get coil heads, it is necessary that neither the rotor cap nor the cylindrical
Screen rests tightly on the coil heads, so that the cooling air between the
Rotor cap and the coil heads as well as between the cylindrical screen and the
Coil heads can flow. However, this is disadvantageous in terms of the mechanical
Strength of construction.
The invention relates to a cooling device for the rotor of a gas-cooled

Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt;
Rotorendes längs der Linie A-A in Fig. 2.
In diesem Raum
sind.An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing;

These channels 10 are connected through further openings 11 in the screen 5
with the space between the cap carrier 6 and the outer coil head. In this room
