Abstract
Eine elektronische Druckluftanlage umfasst einen einen Kompressor (7) aufweisenden Druckluftversorgungsteil (4) und einen Verbraucherteil (6) mit mehreren Druckluftverbraucherkreisen (26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36). Die Druckluftverbraucherkreise werden über Magnetventile (16, 18, 20, 22) mit Druckluft versorgt. Wenigstens ein Druckluftverbraucherkreis weist einen Druckbehälter (90, 92) auf. Der Druck in den Verbraucherkreisen wird durch Drucksensoren (72, 74, 76, 78, 80) überwacht, deren elektrische Drucksignale von einer elektronischen Steuereinheit (84) ausgewertet werden, die die Magnetventile steuert. Die Druckluftverbraucherkreise umfassen Betriebsbremskreise (26, 28) mit einem Druckluftbehälter (90, 92), Nebenverbraucherkreise (30, 32, 34, 36) ohne Druckluftbehälter und einen Hochdruckkreis (38) ohne oder mit Druckluftbehälter, wobei die Magnetventile (16, 18) der Betriebsbremskreise und die Magnetventile (20, 22) der Nebenverbraucherkreise im stromlosen Grundzustand offen sind und das Magnetventil (24) des Hochdruckkreises im stromlosen Grundzustand geschlossen ist.An electronic compressed air system comprises a compressor (7) having compressed air supply part (4) and a consumer part (6) with a plurality of compressed air consumer circuits (26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36). The pressure in the consumer circuits is monitored by pressure sensors (72, 74, 76, 78, 80) whose electrical pressure signals are evaluated by an electronic control unit (84) which controls the solenoid valves. The compressed air consumer circuits include service brake circuits (26, 28) with a compressed air tank (90, 92), Nebenverbraucherkreise (30, 32, 34, 36) without compressed air tank and a high pressure circuit (38) with or without compressed air tank, wherein the solenoid valves (16, 18) of Service brake circuits and the solenoid valves (20, 22) of the secondary consumer circuits are open in the de-energized ground state and the solenoid valve (24) of the high-pressure circuit is closed in the de-energized ground state.
