Abstract

Neben den dazu erforderlichen Verschiebungsmöglichkeiten in axialer und lateraler Richtung ist in manchen Fällen, insbesondere im Nutzfahrzeugbereich, auch eine Entkopplung in torsionaler Richtung erforderlich. Eine entsprechende Lösung, die aus zwei zusammengefügten, wendelgewellten oder ringgewellten Metallbälgen besteht, wird in DE 198 24 095 C2 beschrieben. Die hier beschriebene Lösung sieht die Verwendung mindestens zweier konventioneller Metallbälge vor, die eine vergleichbare Torsionssteifigkeit aufweisen, so dass axiale, laterale und torsionale Verschiebungen in vergleichbarer Höhe auf die mindestens zwei Metallbälge verteilt werden. Eine grössere torsionale Winkelverschiebung ist somit zwar möglich, sie ergibt sich jedoch nicht aus einer geringeren Torsionssteifigkeit der einzelnen Komponenten, sondern lediglich aus dem durch die koaxiale Balganordnung verdoppelten Weg des Kraftflusses über das gesamte Entkopplungselement.
