Abstract

Es wird ein Ventil zum Steuern eines Fluids, insbesondere zum Steuern eines Gases, vorgeschlagen. Das Ventil umfasst ein Ventilgehäuse und eine elektromagnetische Betätigungseinheit für einen Magnetanker (18), der axial verschiebbar geführt ist und über ein Ventilschließglied (22) mit einem Ventilsitz zusammenwirkt, so dass ein Fluidstrom von einer Zuströmseite zu einer Abströmseite des Ventils steuerbar ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist der Magnetanker (18) zumindest an seiner gesamten Mantelfläche und an seiner dem Ventilschließglied (22) abgewandten Anschlagfläche (30) mit einer aus einem Einschichtsystem gebildeten Verschleißschutz- und Gleitschicht versehen, die in einem Prozessschritt aufgetragen ist.
