Abstract

Medizinische Klammer zum Abklemmen organischen Gewebes, insbesondere Abklemmen von Blutgefäßen in der Minimal Invasiven Chirurgie, mit einem Grundkörper aus festem Material, deren Basis lösbar am distalen Ende eines Applikationsinstruments anordnenbar ist. Von der Basis erstreckt sich in distaler Richtung mindestens ein Führungssteg. Die Klammer weist eine Gewebeklammer aus absorbierbaren Material, die mittels des Innenstößels entlang einer Körperachse von einer Ausgangsposition in eine Endposition in eine Endposition axial verschieblich und dadurch schließlich vom Grundkörper trennbar ist. DOLLAR A Als Lösung ist vorgesehen, daß sich wenigstens zwei Klemmbalken in Richtung der Körperachse der Klammer erstrecken, die von einer Ausgangsposition, in der die Klemmbalken in Axialrichtung einen gegenseitigen Abstand aufweisen, in eine Endposition, in der die Klemmbalken einander nahe sind und das Gewebe zwischen den Klemmbalken fixiert und abgeklemmt ist, entlang der Körperachse verschieblich sind.
