Abstract
The method involves communicating with a mobile phone in a car in which above a critical speed communication is prevented and below a critical speed is made possible. The mobile phone is deactivated above a first critical speed and activated below a second critical speed again, where the second critical speed is smaller or equal to the first critical speed. A caller to the mobile phone receives a busy signal when the car is traveling above a critical speed. An independent claim is included for a mobile communication system.
