Abstract
First (2.1) and second (2.2) charge coupled device (CCD) cameras assume an angle of 90[deg] to each other and lie in planes separated by first (theta ) and second (phi ) angles for a system of coordinates (x-y-z) while they take pictures of an object (1) like a finger. Several image-capturing devices monitor and/or control/hold the position of a body part to be identified.
