Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Injektorkörper (1) für einen Common Rail Injektor zum Steuern von Flüssigkeitsströmen, welcher eine Aktoraussparung (11, 27) und eine seitlich angeordnete Zulaufbohrung (24) besitzt, die mit einem Hochdruckzulauf (23) in Verbindung steht, wobei die Aktoraussparung (11, 27) einen Aktor (30) mit einem Stempel (31) und einem Aktorfuß (32) aufweist, wobei die Aktoraussparung (27) eine Kegeldichtung besitzt, die mittels einer Kegelfläche (27.1) am Ende des Aktorraumes (27) und einer dazu korrespondierenden kegelförmigen Dichtfläche (33) am Aktorfuß (32) ausgebildet ist, wobei mit der Kegeldichtung ein Kabelabgang (25) abdichtbar ist. Um die Herstellbarkeit, die Hochdruckfestigkeit sowie die Aktoraufnahme und -führung des direktgesteuerten Piezoinjektors zu verbessern, ist es erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass der Injektorkörper (1) mehrteilig ausgeführt ist und mindestens aus einem Basiskörper (10) und einem Anschlusskörper (20) besteht.
