Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Datenkommunikation zwischen mobilen Datenendgeräten (ME) von Anwendern und Zieldatennetzwerken (18, 32) über lokale Datennetze (2, 20) von Zugangsanbietern. Es wird vorgeschlagen, dass im Zugriffsbereich eines Dienstleistungsanbieters (DLA1) des Anwenders ein Netzelement (NE1) vorhanden ist, das Zugang zu teilnehmerspezifischen Datensätzen hat und durch welches zumindest die gesamten Nutzdaten geleitet werden, welche zwischen dem mobilen Datenendgerät des Anwenders und dem Zieldatennetzwerk ausgetauscht werden, wobei die Nutzdaten während der Übertragung zumindest im Netzelement (NE1) unverschlüsselt vorliegen. Das erfindungsgemäße System bietet hohe Datensicherheit, einfache Anwendbarkeit, Anonymität der Anwender gegenüber Zugangsanbietern, einfache Abrechnung und erfüllt auf einfache Art und Weise Anforderungen der Gesetzgeber hinsichtlich Überwachung unter Ausnutzung vorhandener Infrastruktur.
